“End Western Education”! Boko Haram Leader Shekau Releases Video | Watch

Just a few hours after BN reported that Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau has revealed plans to sell the 200+ abducted girls – read it here, he has released a video.

In the almost hour-long clip, Shekau is seen reading out of a piece of a paper with four of his men – whose faces are covered standing beside him with ammunition.

Shekau speaks Hausa thoroughout the clip.

However, translators reveal, Shekau said “I abducted your girls. I will sell them in the market, by Allah. I will marry off a woman at the age of 12. I will marry off a girl at the age of nine.”

He continues by saying “I said Western education should end. Girls, you should go and get married.”

With the release of this video, it poses a big question, will the World Economic Forum scheduled to begin this Wednesday still take place in Abuja, which has recently been attacked twice?
