Experiential Marketing and Brand Management Lead

The job responsibilities include;

Experiential Marketing
• Generate organic growth of Experiential Marketing segment of the business
• Prepare and participate in client pitches with the support of the COO of the business
• Develop ideas and leads brainstorm sessions that can convert leads to new businesses
• Produce measurable business results for clients, helping Zapphaire generate repeat business
• Oversee campaign planning and execution, including management of all internal and external human resources and assets deployed to particular campaigns
• Prepare and manage detailed budgets, implement cost control, savings and efficiencies
• Oversee the training of Infield teams on all campaigns
• Proactively identify problems and develop solutions working with engagement teams
• Delivers projects on time and on budget.

Brand Management
• Monitor, measure and manage the organization’s brand
• Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection
• Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization
• Champion/drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise
• Maintain brand identity consistency in every corporate and business level communication
• Help determine identities for new brands/sub-brands

Requirements
This role will require people with;

• First degree in any discipline
• Background/work experience in an experiential marketing environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Good time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good attention to personal appearance and presentation
• Exposure to international events and experiential marketing trends
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

The job responsibilities include;

• Comprehensive diary management of the CEO, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and all other activities the CEO engages in
• Prepare meeting requirements, take minutes and follow up/execution of resolutions
• Efficiently arrange and manage logistics related to CEO’s travel and accommodation
• Occasionally, travel with the CEO to provide general assistance during engagements
• Ensure CEO is prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
• Send and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations on behalf of CEO
• Manage all of the CEO’s office administration duties

Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Must be female
• Good oral and written communication
• Good oral and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Outstanding interpersonal skills (face to face and over the phone)
• Must be ICT savvy, with the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages, Mobile Devices and Social Media Platforms
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Have a flair for events management, even though the role is not a core events management role

Experiential Marketing and Brand Management Intern

The job responsibilities include;

Experiential Marketing
• Assist the Experiential Marketing and Brand Management Lead organically grow the Unit’s revenues
• Ensure that the logistics and documentation of activities needed for client’s pitches are in place as and when due
• Regularly develop events activity reports for internal and external consumption
• Maintain a database of all vendors, their prices and contact details
• Work with the Unit Head to solve problems
• Work with the Unit Head to ensure that resources are allocated as efficiently as possible

Brand Management Intern
• Manage all social media accounts for the business
• Develop plans that will help the business optimize social media and other marketing opportunities to achieve its objectives
• Manage the Internal Communication process to engage internal audience and promote the necessary organizational culture

Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good oral and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be ICT savvy, with the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages, Flash Player, Core Draw, Mobile Devices and Social Media Platforms
• Similar experience, though not a requirement, will be an added advantage

The job responsibilities include;

• Conceptualize creative ideas for events and other commercial activities of the business
• Work in teams with colleagues to develop proposals for engaging clients on business solutions (event planning)
• Interface with clients in selling creative ideas for events
• Effectively and efficiently manage clients to ensure that their expectations are met by the business
• Manage vendors of the business to ensure that they provide the expected service levels
• Work in teams to ensure on-the-day event coordination is effective and efficient, ensuring that activities assigned to them are carried out on time, plan and budget
