Is Media Personality Liz Yemoja Running for House of Representatives as an Eti-Osa Candidate? Find Out!

Liz YemojaNigerian media personality Elizabeth Awoliyi, more known as Liz Yemoja, shared this picture on her Instagram page a few minutes ago and it’s already got people buzzing.

She made this announcement a few minutes ago on her Instagram page with a picture of her campaign poster, and she captioned ‘Whatever is good for the goose is good for the gander! After so much deliberation and plenty consultations I have decided to accept this calling and serve the great people of Lagos State! I hereby use this opportunity to announce my intention to run for The house of REPS political office. I humbly appreciate all the support and the confidence that the great people of Eti Osa have placed in me! I am READY!! TRANSFORMATION 2015! Here we go!!!’

So is Liz Yemoja running for a political position?

Tag that under so false! According to Liz Yemoja, this poster is as a result of a few extra minutes at work and photoshop and she has no intention to join politics.

We’ve got to admit – she had us there for a minute.

And there was I thinking Nigeria will become a better place for her citizens, but how could it be if every cat and dog wants to hold a political position. Politics has become a joke in Nigeria and with the rate it’s going, I’m sorry to say but no hope for the country.

It also makes me wonder if there are criterias for whoever wants to hold a political position? if there are, are they being met?

I’m sorry but I’m disgusted! It’s so obvious these people are going into it for the money. We really need to get our priorities right in Nigeria.

P.S Lizzy’s intentions may be genuine but her folks have made it not.

i see that everyone in the entertainment industry are looking to only enrich their pocket. there should be a criteria that must be met and i feel like it isnt especially when you see and hear people who have absolutely no business in politics. this is a big joke!!! Nigeria has a long way…. and its sad….

I’m sorry but this is getting quite ridiculous!!! All these ‘celebrities’ running into politics makes me really suspicious of their actual motives. What does Liz know about politics? What change has she made in her current profession and now she wants to go into politics and ‘transform’! Its a sorry state of affairs if this lady gets in.
