    Goodbye GEJ. I will definitely remember you when I tell my children tales. What I pray I don’t over emphasize is that;
    1. Stealing became synonymous with corruption- what ever happened to burglary, section 419, etc
    2. You damned the followers for every constructive criticism ever given. Now you are free not to declare your wealth, health, true state of your spendings.
    3. You had no shoes yet bought 3 private jets (was it the fact that u saw money for the first timeand didn’t know what to do with it). Pls feel free to buy yourself one as a parting gift.
    4. No man is ever actually surrounding by sycophants. You didn’t just want to act on all the corruption charges against your ministers. You were unclean morally and financially.

    Going by history Nigerians are always in a frenzy whenever there’s a change of govt. But give them a few months and then they start cursing out that same govt. They so much believed would turn Nigeria to an eldorado, because they couldn’t live up to their lofty expectations. I for one do not expect anything new from this administration because it’s the same principalities and powers that are still deciding what happens in Nigeria. All that would make me happy with any leadership in Nigeria is to see it lead with justice through the length and breadth of this country.

    If not for anything, thank you for making Nigerians realise that real power belongs to them by the use of their suffrage. You said it yourself that your lose at the election was an act of God. You never really laboured or toiled so much to get to all the positions you have held all through your political career. It has always been like a roller coaster for you and thus you failed to realise that to whom much is given, much is also expected.

    When you campaigned in 2011, you gave us the sob story of been shoeless and peace loving nigerians fell for it, but not me! My instinct was not disposed to the idea of voting for you, deep down inside i knew you were not the ONE. So i decided to cast my vote for the ribadu and i rejoice in that decision i made everyday of my life.

    As you move on from the nigerian polity, use this time as a period of introspection to discover where you got it wrong, build your character and also take out to know those that are your true friends. Let us see those who will stand with you as the rough sea beckons. Goodluck to Goodluck Jonathan.

    I have an idea for a museum exhibit. The working title can be “political awareness” or to be cheeky, “political crinkum crankum”. The curators would print out these hash tags, the #goodbyeGEJ, #ThankyouBRF, the one for Buhari (autocorrect behave ya sef), and the ones for the other governors. Print them and arrange them artistically or not on the walls, and juxtapose the dissenting opinion.

    There were many great tributes to GEJ but you chose to show your unprofessional bias with the bad ones. You can’t change the fact that for every one person that hates him another one loves him. GEJ thank you. Even at the last hour after doing the worse they still wanted to bring you completely to your knees as the thought of you described as a hero of democracy was still a thorn for them. You did your best in an ungovernable tenure even though you get some blame. Proud of you great Nigerian and congrats GMB

    Farewell President Jonathan. Honestly I think Jonathan is a very humble good man, but by all account not a good president. However though, you earned my respect with the way you honourably conceded defeat thereby preventing unnecessary bloodshed. I wish you and Mama Peace a peaceful retirement. . Though I sincerely believe we have not seen the last of Mama Peace, particularly in Rivers State,
