Welcome to the seat. Mr President, may God grant u wisdom. While watching the inauguration it occurred that this man tried 3 times and failed. Yet he made it finally. Me, I will never give up my dreams.

Exactly. He tried three times previously… Is that being persistent or desperate? Anyway best of luck to him. Neither him or GEJ was my ideal candidate but that’s Nigeria for you.

@ Rolly, thanks for that comment. I find myself asking the same questions ” Persistent or desperate?” I don’t know if I should calk it a dream or something else either. Everyone just wanna tap into the money. After 3 times???? Hmmm Good luck to him and let’s see what difference he’s gonna make.

Somewhere around, some bitter Jonathan apologist is probably drowning in tears, reeling in pain and hoping for Buhari’s regime to be a failure.

What is responsible for this your misery child? In every election,, there are winners and losers. Winners will celebrate while those who did not win will wish they did.. God punish d person who did this evil to you.

Now is the moment of truth, GMB a lot of Nigerians like myself wanted change & that’s why we supported you. However, I’m a very much a realist and not expecting you to turn garri into guguru overnight, but we need to start seeing that you mean business from day one and that for me will start by the political appointees that are going to be in your administration.
Wishing you godspeed as you begin to deal with the pressing issues swiftly #corruption, #electricity#e#accountability, #nnpc, etc

President Buhari… The day time star that frightens the corrupt and the kleptomaniacs, the man with the grace of a lipizzaner, the history maker, the one who preserved until his dream became a story that will be told for a thousand years. You made me realise that victory is meant for those who are ready to fight for it everyday.

Steady steady My President, wallahi ma’sha Allah, we trust you, Gaskiya de Gaskiya, Baba Buhari.. Ran ke dede. SALUTE ÉL PRÉSIDENTÉ.

“Anywhere where the humanity of people is undermined, anywhere where people are left in the dust, there we will find our cause – Archbishop Desmond Tutu ”
So therefore Baba Buhari, anywhere where the humanity of nigerians are undermined, we hope you shall find find your cause there! Anywhere where nigerians are left in the dust, we hope you shall find your cause there! Remember your promises to us that you will free Nigeria from the bosom of poverty, corruption and maladministration.

Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

I siddon dey look. I hope this song of liberation will not change in a few years. Nigerians are fickle with their support. Once one small thing happens that doesn’t go according to their expectations, sai buhari go turn hang buhari.

    Brutus:
There is a tide in the affairs of men.
    Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
And we must take the current when it serves,
    Or lose our ventures.
    Julius Caesar Act 4, scene 3, 218–224

Buhari’s last words as he rounded up his speech. So poignant, so poetic, so philosophical, so what we need at the subconscious of our national thought to direct our ways forward always.. Congrats Naija

There’s so much love for Buhari right now across the world not just by Nigerians. I just hope he doesn’t misplace it like GEJ did. The hawks that surrounded GEJ are hovering and looking for where to perch already.
Just do your work because 2019 is definitely not a birth right (Re – GEJ), you need to earn it and the journey starts now.

I’m so happy & so very hopeful.. Very fitting quote you have up BN

‘I cannot change the past. But I can change the present and the future’
    ~ Muhammadu Buhari

& don’t forget the change the pic, this one doesn’t do him justice.
He reminds me so much of my dad. Tall, slim & so regal.

If he can to a reasonable extent cut down corruption and stealing especially among public officials eg Governors and improve health care. Also build up our security services. I’m ok. Also this exchange rate thing. I dream of a Nigeria where the law is truly no respecter of persons. Where Governors and Senators and all others are tried for corruption and actually jailed. Until this happens, Nigeria can not move forward.
