Yesterday we brought you the first photos of the High Tea Party at Eko Signature as Nigerian designer Ayo van Elmar unveiled its Resort 2015 collection – Amour Amour.

Click here if you missed it.

The event which had celebrity models and style savvy guests was hosted by Illrhymz as Uti Nwachukwu, Eyinna Nwigwe, Isio Wanogho, Kaylah Oniwo, Toni Tones, Belinda Effah and more modeled pieces from the new collection.

Speaking on the event, the Vienna based designer, Ayo Elizabeth Olaogun said “I thought it was a great idea to showcase the collection on a different range of body shapes and physiques and personalities, and asking celebrities who aren’t necessarily models was just perfect!”

The event was attended by Mo Cheddah, Omoni Oboli, Nnamdi Oboli, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Yvonne Nwosu, Latasha Ngwube, Toke Makinwa, Stephanie Coker, Lami Phillips, Michelle Dede, Uti Nwachukwu, Sinem Bilen-Onabanjo, Gideon Okeke, Tonye Garrick, Anthonia Soares, Bimbo Manuel, Suby Onabanjo and more.

Get a live, darling – or a new pair of glasses 😉

Not everything which goes beyond the mainstream comfort zone looks bad. Sharpen your senses and free your mind.

What exactly puts you off? That you can’t afford the designs, or you’ve never had tea in your life? Oh it must be the fact that you just hate on everything good. I sorry for una o! E go better. One day, den go invite you too, that should clear up your irritation

It’s ok Fifi….it’s not for tiny minds. You’re nothing near creative obviously…we accept you the way you are but can you leave your thoughts to yourself? It’s very unpleasant using the word “irritating”.Goodness gracious that’s someone’s work!!! I really don’t need you loving them but regardless that’s someone’s HARD WORK and CREATIVITY put together and trust me only Einstein’s can relate! Try putting something together (if you can manage to) and see what it feels like but hey! We need unreasonable critics like you in the world to keep us going so at the end of the day we’d prove to you your thoughts were bull! Good luck in life honey!

How could u even use such a word as dat? D truth is wen u get started on something, den I think ur mind of creativity just might ve a loop to fill in some thoughts as to other people’s hard work, pray u do get there somehow.

Is it just me or is Mocheddah the best dressed femail celeb in Nigeria. I went through her IG and was like wow. She is so cute and everything looks good on her. In other unrelated news, this Andrea chic, what is her claim to fame other than Banky?
