some called Yemi Nigerian s best female music act or some such nonsense the other day;saying how she can act, sing, bla bla.
She has a great voice true;but that s about it.The greatest voice wont save you if all you turn out is junk.If the Johnny everyone was hyper about was crap…failed tired attempt at comedy like that of Mr Ibu and co.#yaawwwwnn# NEXT!!!!

Is this what passes for music nowadays? Zeebadee… Yemi, I know celebrity has its demands, but if you could just cool down a little and re-channel the mind that brought us Johnny.

I love Yemi Alade and all but no…….Most of the music that sells these days are only popular because of the beats. What exactly is she saying in the song? Mirinda? I am so angry because I love her….#bummed

    September 23, 2015 at 11:19 am

i dey wonder oh, the whole video was shot in front of a green screen that could of been in Syria..smh!!!

So can we talk about Ezinne CEO always wanting to be lead dancer in all videos??? Sister u are the choroegrapher right, so just chill. You dont need to hug the screen. All that vogueing you were doing is getting old, incorporate other dance forms pls. Still dont get the CEO dancers hype, oh well. And no disrespect but you dont know how to sell “sexy” in a music video. I was cringing the entire time. You and kaffy gotta chill sometimes with ur dance moves, i cant always be tomboy then try to pull off sexy at random

Hollup!..Hollup!!! Everyone!!! though I found the whole Zeebadee funny, but people’s comments too! ha!ha!ha!ha! But seriously, it is a single in an album, so, I don’t think everyone one should expect every single in the album to be a hit. Just saying…

      September 24, 2015 at 2:58 am

True, but that the reason why not every single in an album should have a video. I think most people admire Yemi and with her recent success trend, we’re now expecting better work from her. She should forget about doing any more videos for this current album and work on new material.

I have always known that every time an artist releases a ‘behind the scene’ pictures before the actual video release, that the song will be a hogwash???.
Our artists are not smart, creative and innovative. They keep churning out same beats without checking the mood of the listeners…A lesson in consumer behaviour as it relates to sound, should be introduced to them.

      September 23, 2015 at 2:54 pm

Hia. How many people’s moods will she check nau, and how? Take a poll or something?

I found the beat very engaging and danceable but I love words, lyrics make the music, to me. Therefore this is utter crap. Like, didn’t she even feel stupid singing that gibberish over and over again? And then they even had the temerity to spell the words out on the screen! These peeps be taking the piss.

      September 23, 2015 at 11:00 pm

Lool . Spelling out the words drove me mad, I was like ” oh seriously”
