If Dr. Guillermo Bluggerman is not qualified to do cosmetic surgery, then I don not know who is. I mean a simple Google search will tell you Dr. Bluggerman is recognized globally as an authority in the field of cosmetic surgery who invented many of the instruments and techniques used all over the world. . As a matter of fact, he is also the President-elect of the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery based in Switzerland.

      Forget google for a sec.
We have a lot of foreign doctors coming here to do all sorts in the absence of proper regulations. The fact that the guy is googleable does not mean that he will not try unethical stuff in an unregulated environment.
I am sure that no person will go for any of these procedures, so if the rich decide to have procedures without proper medical regulation, it is their cup of tea.

Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Arm Lift, Cheek Augmentation, Chin Augmentation, Vagina Tightening, Butt Enlargement and Botox.

One can even understand the other services but which one is vagina tightening?
    Tightening for who?
    Tightening to please who?

You pray to marry a pencil sized man?
You tighten it and have pains during intercourse every time

Insecured people all over the place. The people who go like you go like you. Even Beyonce and Kim kardashian get enemy.

The over all conclusion is that we are all not more than six feet. The body will lay in the grave and no one would ever remember what you had or have.

Thank you… some of these foreign doctors and Nigerian healthcare providers in diaspora come here to make quick bucks all the time. I just hope regulatory boards screen these people properly. Either way, I know they will make a lot of money. Human beings have many insecurities.

He is unqualified with regards to the damn regulation of MDCN. if only the damned certification board wasn’t sleeping. I am currently working as a doctor in a foreign country but not without registering appropriately with the country’s medical boards.. But anything applies in Nigeria.. But soon, it wouldn’t be so..
