#HeinekenLFDW2015 – Day 2: House of Marie’s ‘Life and Times of Her’ Collection
The House of Marie Spring/Summer 2016 ‘Life and Times of Her’ collection was inspired by several things including the National Theatre in Lagos, abstract paintings, floral photographs and some interesting black and white shots.
We were quite eager to see how all that would be expressed on the runway at the 2015 Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week.
The collection showcased was filled with colourful pieces and feminine cuts. There were a number of floral pieces and House of Marie used lacy sheer fabrics to create a really romantic collection.
We love the baroque elements in the collection too.
