      March 2, 2016 at 12:25 am

      bolanle’s outfit is my fav.
But madam Bolinto, your boobs and nips were staring back at us full force.
You for look for way cover am. I guess its because the fabric is transparent. But that jumpsuit looks really good on you

Toke’s knuckles tho………. The shoes on Essence and Lami Phillip looks like what they sell in yaba…… Vector is freaking cute……….I don’t get why some people would leave their homes with such horrible makeup.

My people dress so hard to events, they really should start putting them on stage. Serious. Put the red carpet up on stage. Why not? Two birds, one stone. Now THAT’s entertainment.

Curious, how was the show? I mean the other show, not the red-carpet people 😀

The knees have it. Pay attention to them. There’s a saying that you can tell a woman’s age by her knees. LOL!
Osas Ajibade – good improvement on her hair.
Ini Edo – had to spoil the look with those earrings.
Are there any Nigerian designers bar Deola Ade-Ojo and maybe Folake Coker who can sew a pair of trousers properly? Or is it that some of the fabrics are unflattering? Satin for example?
    Aunty Ruth! Hmm, no.
Unoaku Anyadike – lovely. Hair to the back, small earrings and her face isn’t painted.
Munachi Abii – always looks better with minimal make up.

      March 1, 2016 at 2:13 pm

I noticed the knees as well, Ladies please once you are over 40, you have flesh around your knees and spots on your legs, then mini dresses/skirts are not for you. Mini is shown off better when your legs are slim from your thigh to your ankle. Thank me later

Smh. Nigerians and overdoing. Its a musical concert for Christ’s sake! Whats with the red carpet gowns everywhere?!
Bolinto, Genevieve, Rita Dominic, Funke Akindele, Zainab Balogun, Ini Edo, Mimi Onolaja, and a few others got the memo. Simple, yet still chic, and very easy to have fun in, like the event was for.
Toke, Millen, Unoaku, and some others biko kilode?????? Y’all glammed to the max like it was the AMVCA or sumn. How do you expect to enjoy the show? Or you just came to sit and look?
And I saw some guys in babariga..and some in 3pcs suits..Lord have mercy.
Lastly, aunty Taje abeg wth is that dress? You looked frumpy. Very frumpy.

    • Jay

      March 1, 2016 at 5:02 pm

And Shade Ladipo or whatever her name is. Hot mess! Everything is wrong with her outfit, it kills me that someone like her can judge people’s outfits and say bs about people on glam squad, smh.
This is a concert, not the AMVCAs!

Africans they like to overdress Shaa! When they hear concert, they think of a wedding or the oscar. Concert people, keep it simple like Ciara!

    March 1, 2016 at 2:29 pm

Woooooow. Everyone looks soooo good. I imagine that if someone invites me to an event in naija I will just fall their hands and mine too. When I hear the word “show or concert” especislly in relation to music I quickly run to my wardrobe to find that tshirt that if it spoils it won’t pain me, or I buy a primark tee for 2.50 and then nack jeans and trainers or shorts. Kpam! Who cares has dressed for show o. Thank gods for bn sha. I know what to do if I ever have to go to a concert in Nigeria.

    March 1, 2016 at 2:31 pm

shade ladipo pls pls stop, tit oyinsan …take off the pearls , change those stupid shoes and tat cheap purse to a simple pair of sandals and a balck purse. and wat the hell is daala and chika okeke wearing? my gosh nigerians tone it down…take lessons from geneeive, osas and zainab..ini major improvement

  18. Tobigirl

    March 1, 2016 at 2:39 pm

I am highly disappointed in the dressing of majority here. It is a concert for goodness sake, when you are not sure of what to wear, GOOGLE IT. Come on!

  19. akissi

    March 1, 2016 at 2:40 pm

abeg are some of these people going to the Oscars from here??!!! Concert and see the over gagding! Haba! it just looks plain silly for some of the gowns and heavy makeup. Rita, genevieve and some others understand what this is about. Toke looks like she is going to Aso Rock for state dinner with the over dressing. ps….was the dress code jumpsuits only?

  20. Gerry

    March 1, 2016 at 2:46 pm

Looks like fun! Shade Ladipo and Zaina WTF???? And must Adebola Williams wear agbada all the time? I am of the opinion that Ik Ogbonna always has boils under his armpit, his arms never seem to go down. Swanky Jerry did you miss the memo??? All in all there were quite a number of good looks.

i am quite disappointed with the fit of April’s jumpsuit around the crutch area considering she’s a designer.

a lot of the ‘guests’ were just too over dressed. do we actually dress down in this country?

    • Anon

      March 1, 2016 at 6:23 pm

There in lies my question about designers and sewing well tailored trousers. I didn’t want to call out anyone. Now that you have, LDA is included.

    March 1, 2016 at 3:22 pm

Ernest Danjuma is the best dressed male — simple, elegant and practical. I can see he is wearing @yilifootwear. Nice PR for Yili. I follow them on instagram and their slippers looks good. Plus very affordable. Shame they don’t deliver to Canada.

    March 1, 2016 at 5:02 pm

When you take a bush man to a restaurant, he will not be able to understand how to use a fork and knife. Our celebrities are not educated, so when they hear red carpet they only think of Oscars and forget what the event is about. All are dressed like illiterates and not dressed appropriately for a concert. Even some stylists sef no fit speak English. If you wear these clothes to a concert what would you wear to an award ceremony, probably a parachute.

  32. prince

    March 1, 2016 at 5:02 pm

I disagree with your best dressed o. Lanre Dasilva and Zainab Balogun looks better than Ini Edo and Osas biko. Meanwhile, is it that men don’t make your list of best dress. Swanky Jerry looks even better than Genevieve sef and if Rita Dominic makes the list Erica Okundaye should be there also..
Meanwhile, someone should tell Aunty Yemi to cover up that her CHRISTIAN MOTHER Laps,
Uncle Frank Oshodi, that trouser era is far gone, you should know better. Bros, Dayo Adeneye, they don’t use socks with that shoe biko, stop looking like my brothers from Maiduguri and Katsina
Shade Ladipo, you wan from their go winch meeting?

  33. Jay

    March 1, 2016 at 5:08 pm

Gbite Sijuwade, Zanaib Balogun, Rita Dominic and a few others are appropriately dressed for the occasion.

Busola Dakolo kpon yereke disappointment. So unlike you. Gbemi and Ita Giwa -new squad alert. They can pass for twins. Ejiro Amos T makes well structured clothes for everyone but herself. Ono Bello, there is something there only if you can return Karishika’s wig – and I mean all of them.

Too much overdressed people. Nigerians dont know hw to just look relaxed for an event. All the makeup and heels and shii. Come on people. Its like looking all glam for a one direction concert. How do you jump up and dan and just have fun?
Sotey Frank Oshodi nak tie. See his trousers sweeping floor. Just look at toke. Is it a ball party? Just look at Millen Magese I just kent. Please who is Shade ladipo and what nansense is she wearing? That girl behind Mai Atafo……What is strong with you? IK ogbonna sef kak suit? im out!
