The New Episode of Akah Bants is an “Ode to Stephen Keshi and Our Story of Misplaced Honour” | Watch

Akah Nnani of “Akah Bants” is out with a new episode of his vlog.

He explains:

Hey Banters, the death of former Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, came as a big blow. I heard the news and I was shocked as I believe a lot of you were. For some of my friends who met or knew him personally, they always talked so highly of him, his temperament, maturity, dexterity and selflessness. Keshi was a symbol of achievement and one that truly transcended any one tribe to emerge as a national hero at a time when we as a nation had counted ourselves out.

I thought it’d just be fair to share a few words or two about this true legend. Rest in peace our “Big Boss”. Your legacy will forever live on in our hearts.

Akah, even in the first 20secs, he’s just hurt. And with good reason. Keshi is a boss.

I’ma try not to comment on the Federal Govt right now. Y’all voted them in.

Speaking of “politicians” , good time to commend Bolaji Abdullahi who was Min of Sports at the time, dealing with the corruption in Nigerian sports (which I understand is maggoty) and supporting Keshi. Before Abdullahi, I used to pray for “even” a good sports minister, and we got that and more. Wish we could build on it…

One thing about doing the right thing, don’t expect anybody to care. Instead, expect to be punished. This is the way to keep your sanity. I’m not joking.
