Urban Decay announces release of the New ‘Naked Ultimate Basics’ Matte Eyeshadow Palette

Popular makeup brand Urban Decay took to social media to announce the release of their new matte eyeshadow palette called Naked Ultimate Basics. The brand is popular for their Naked eyeshadow palettes which come in different editions, most of them with shimmer/glitter eyeshadows but this will be the first eyeshadow palette they release with all 12 colours in a matte finish.
