He is trying so hard to come back
9ice you should never have taken that break at the height of your career
    That was a big mistake

9ice never went anywhere actually. He has always been around and he will be around for a very long time. You think he’s been away only because he rarely sings for you. 9ice decided to stick to a particular market instead of doing the ubiquitous 9ija dance-hall genre. He still has a decent followership who think he is the most talented Nigerian new-school musician. You may listen to the Basorun Gaa and Versus albums..listen to singles like life drama and Lords prayer..It is obvious you wont appreciate those songs but at least you will realize that he has been very much around but singing outside of your space.

Yes I love his music even though I am not Yoruba, like phyno whom I love now and I don’t speak Igbo, I loved 9ice music and then at the height of his career, he bowed out talking about he is going into politics, he tried the politics thing and failed and now he wants to come back, after several years off nobody getting any hits from him

Face the truth, he is struggling with his come back. Stop sugarcoat in facts like we all don’t keep up with the music industry.

PSQUARE made the same mistake with playing with their fans emotions, we broke, we made up, we broke up we made up, and now even they are struggling with a comeback and begging reigning hitters like Diamond platinumz and phyno to feature in their comeback music in hopes that it’ll be a hit.

African artist are the only ones who get so comfortable and feel they are Irreplaceable. Well anyone is replaceable.

Face facts, 9ice just like Dbanj has not had a hit in years and struggling to make a hit like he did back in the day . Stop the ass kissing and tell it like it is.

In this extremely competitive afro beat music market if you think you can toy with consumers emotions like psquare did, don’t release a hit for years in a row etc etc, consider your self a has been, Done. There are too many folks desperately in line yearning to be in the forefront.

Good luck to 9ice though. I loved all his old hits, now not so much, and you can’t shut it down mine or any consumers throat.

Currently in my car the only folks on rotation is flavor Phyno, olamide, Tekno, potoranking, Sarkodie, yemi Alade and few others.

Africans always hate the truth and always be defensive. Mschewwwwwwww

My dear, for you to write that Psquare is begging reigning hitters like Diamond platinumz and phyno to feature in their comeback music in hopes that it’ll be a hit shows that you are drunk because the last time I checked, it was Diamond Platnumz ft. PSquare – Kidogo and Phyno ft PSquare- O Set. So when and where did you see them doing the begging?
Potoranking ko! Potatoranking ni! Its PATORANKING Jare.(thats an avoidable typo you know) Next time, chill before typing & allow people to air their own views.

I see someone is so pained for hearing truth they are going to be petty like a kindergartener and beat around bush on real issue discussed and point out a typo of “o” instead of A. Clap for yourself, and get ya pacifier while you are at it. Childish much.?.

Consumer purchasing power for buying their music ticket will speak for itself. You taking this so personal and getting ya knickers all tight up in a bunch like you are on their payroll, ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺
