Chocolate City’s First Lady Victoria Kimani is back with a New Song | Listen to “Gota” on BN

Victoria Kimani has released her first official single off her soon to be released “SAFARI” album. The track titled “GOTA” is the singer/songwriter’s first ever song in her native Swahili language, and it was produced by Chocolate City Producer Reinhard, and features Congolese band Airline.

Victoria Kimani who recently released “All The Way” featuring Khuli Chana says “I am excited about this song because of the energy and passion with which it was made. I know it is something my fans across Africa will be proud of”

The singer who has been influenced by Nigerian, Kenya and American cultural influences just concluded recording her first ever album which is due to be released before the end of the year. The album “SAFARI” lends credence to her image as a wholly pan-African artiste with a global sound who is proud of her African roots.

“GOTA” is available on iTunes and other major music platforms globally.

She tried, but her pronunciation is off; just glad she has finally stopped her embarrassing attempt to try and be Nigerian and is finally embarrassing her Kenyan roots.
    Welcome back to Kenya Victoria!

Her voice is tooo small to be honest! it sounds like it could have been a hitt in the states amongst those lstinos and white people maybe she can attempt to market her work in the states like “Jidena!” is pushing hard for afro centricity and this wouldnt be a bad time either! America they only care 60% looks 20% music and the rest is between u and ur marketing directors! In africa she wount hit, kenya is a country of “homo’s” its a even published on google! Am very proud am not from that country or Somalia! they dont like anything unless its invasive! no indeginous pride! West africa her voice is too small i think, and south africa she shudnt even try!!!! God bless her and her carreer!

Erm wow, I don’t know about all the homo stuvs but I agree that her vocals need work.
She also needs to go back to Tekno for another decent song because she’s deluding herself if she thinks ‘show’ isn’t the reason people especially Nigerians started to care about what she had to offer in the first place. Being humble and accepting truth is key as an artist ?
