Although I had two master’s degrees, I was jobless for about five years. I was also at a point in my life where I had no use for God or religion. I however got to hear a simple but powerful message on man’s lost relationship with God and it shook the fundamental beliefs I had held and practiced to the letter. That day, I surrendered my heart to the Lord.

Then, I listened to a series of messages on one’s choice to be either employed or unemployed and I took the first bold step by starting a consultancy. For two years God saw me through a challenging period.  I eventually got a teaching job at the Lagos State University which may not be anything special except that it remains a mystery to me, how an Ekiti man got a job reserved for Lagosians, without knowing anybody or lobbying for it.  All I did was pray and God heeded my cry. That’s my #BeyondImagination story. What is yours?

It is a fact that men at every level, have enormous burdens placed on them by virtue of the prevailing state of affairs, all over the world. However, it is still very possible to live a life that is beyond our dreams as well as challenges. This is a message that men desperately need to hear now.

The Discovery for Men ministry wishes to invite men from all works of life to its last rally for the year 2016. Pastor Taiwo Odukoya will be sharing an expose on the very essence of a life that is beyond imagination. Master of Ceremonies is Desmond Elliot and Guest Artiste is Joe Praize.
