Celebrating 12 Years of Committed Service as Amina Oyagbola Moves On from MTN

It was a special night on Monday January 16 2017 when MTN held a send-off dinner in honour of her longest serving executive; Amina Oyagbola as she moved on after 12 years in MTN.

The event which held at The Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi had in attendance: family, friends, MTN staff, captains of industry, corporate giants and well-wishers who all gathered to celebrate Amina Oyagbola’s record of committed service to MTN where she served in various capacities.

Amina joined MTN in 2004 as Corporate Services Executive and a few years later, took up the position of Human Resources Executive; a position she held until December 2015 when she was given the additional responsibility of again leading the Corporate Services division.

She also served as an MTN Foundation Director, a Director on the boards of MTN Benin (Spacetel) and Visafone and chaired the MTN Audit and Risk Committee. An alumnus of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, Amina is also the founder of WISCAR (Women in Successful Careers); a not-for-profit, gender empowerment and mentoring initiative for professional career women.
