It’s February already! Where is 2017 speeding off to? I mean, it feels like it was only last week when we were wishing each other a Happy New Year and praying that we achieve all our goals and plans. How is that going for you? Great, I hope!
For some of you, setting and achieving goals is like a piece of cake or banana bread (healthy options only, please!) while for some of us, it is like trying to break a cement block with our bare hands or ascending Kilimanjaro – tough, challenging, difficult but doable. Physical fitness goals, in particular, are especially more challenging to meet and a lot of us give up after 1 week – ‘we cannot come and go and die, right?’ J But it does not have to be a ‘dying’ affair, at least not for us – the only thing that should be dying is fat.
