I used to be like you. Let me tell you my story.

My name is April Laugh. Three years ago, I discovered the joy of exercise; encountered the power of good meals and its overall positive impact on my health. I became – and still am – a fitness freak. During pregnancy, I worked out – ran 100km; lifted weights and walked until my baby dropped. I felt really comfortable right to the end my pregnancy. I believe that exercise helped a lot with that.

I asked: “what happened to all my pregnancy workouts? How do I care for my baby without taking care of myself? How do I still feel sexy to my husband when I’m not self-confident?”

Today, I am 8 months postpartum and I feel great!

But it’s not just about me, it’s also about the people practicing this lifestyle with me.

Jare, mother of two, pregnant with her third child and over-weight. To fight pre-eclampsia before it came, she made the right choices. She has lost 20 kg postpartum.

Akanni, my fiancé then. His weight was unhealthy. He lost over 40kg during our two-year long distance relationship. We are now married and he still takes the right actions to keep weight off.

    This programme is just it. In 2016,I made up my mind I wasn’t going to make resolutions. I decided to take action. I joined April at 82kg and today I am down to 70kg and I have been able to maintain it. The best part of being on her programme is you don’t go hungry and no one is allowed to diet. Not to talk of the wonderful recipes you get from her. I don’t do reviews but after trying severally to do this on my own? (Clean 9 and restrictive diets anyone?) Kudos to the owner of kudos April☺
