Sportswear brand Under Armour launches collection with African-American Ballet Powerhouse, Misty Copeland
Sportswear brand Under Armour has launched a new capsule collection with african-american ballet powerhouse, Misty Copeland.
The collection, which is more active wear than dance wear, is a compilation of 13 designs (including parkas, harem jogger pants, and ventilated crop-top knits) inspired by her gruesome training regimen and her off-duty style.
Copeland, who made history as the first african-american principal dancer of the american ballet theatre, leaped into pop culture after a viral commercial with the brand surfaced in 2014.
The collection, which is out now, can be shopped here.
