Oscar winner Mahershala Ali gave a commencement address at his alma mater Saint Mary’s College in 2016.
The Hollywood actor, in the incredible speech, encouraged dreamers, and anyone with an ambition with his story.
“I am more a work in progress than I am a success,” he said.
“To attain the fulfillment that we all individually imagine,” he continued, “we have to be active dreamers.”
“Patience … literally means ‘to suffer’ […] You have to stay the course.”
