See Reactions to #Trending Photos of Congregants kissing Prophet’s Feet

Photos have been making the rounds on the internet of congregants of Ugandan prophet Elvis Mbonye kissing his feet.

Mbonye threw a dinner at the Kololo Independence Grounds on Friday, with tickets going for 1 million Ugandan Shillings for platinum, 750k for gold, 500k for silver, and 300k for “general happiness.”

Despite the exorbitant amount, the venue was packed.

What was especially curious was the photos of congregants bowing at the prophet’s feet to kiss his shoes, while he sat.

    Let’s imitate Jesus

this is not a man of God. by their fruits you shall know them. Jesus chased these kind of people who desecrated the Lord’s temple o. Let’s not sit idly and watch this guy do the same.

At least, in Nigeria we don’t have this crop of ‘men of God’. Or let me say our mumu get limit in this country. God be praised!
