A 26-year old man Bryan Anthony Bowen, who was convicted for inciting teenage girls to carry out sex acts on Facebook, has been spared jail term because of his size, The SUN is reporting.

Bowen was accused of sending the girls obscene messages and requesting that they send their naked photos.

The court heard that Bowen sent a 15-year-old girl a message saying,”Do you want to f***?” As the she attempted to block him, prosecutor Anna Price said, Bowen sent her another message saying, “I will f*** you for your birthday present.”

The teenager contacted the police and when they searched his laptop, they found he had asked a 13-year-old girl if she had a boyfriedn, and sent her a series of messages, including one saying she was, “Fit as f***.”

Judge Rhys Rowland of Mold Crown Court described Bowen as “small in stature and emotionally inadequate” adding that he would have a “very hard time” in prison.

Bowen’s attorney Dafydd Roberts urged the court not to jail him, adding that he has learning difficulties. After his arrest, he told police that he thought the girls were over 16.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of inciting a child to carry out a sex act and was subsequently handed a 48-week prison sentence, suspended for 2 years.

He was also given a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
