Are Nigerian celebs been paid to not name their children indigenous names???
Nigerians are using their own hands to wipe out their history…

To be honest I have to say this bothers me too. I cringe at the new wave of parents naming their fully Nigerian children Jake, Kayla and Ronela. LOL. They want to seem cool and modern. As if Obianuju and Oyinkansola are ancient of days. At 25 I changed my English first name to a traditional one. But to each their own. It’s just a fad. It will soon end. By the time we realise that our culture and history are worthy and are worth continuing to the future generations then we shall come back to Simbiat, Aderigbigbe, Chukwunomso et al. But hey as I said to each their own. Back to the matter, congrats to the brand new mama and papa.

Jayden and Jason are the worst. Every where you go in Nigeria, you hear those names.
      I said it. Shoot me.

Let’s see your own picture. He’s not uglier than lil wayne. And even wayne chooses to look unkept with tattoos all over. I find Yomi handsome, he has beautiful skin.
      congrats to the couple.

No he’s not fugly. He might not be your idea of handsome or even passable but he’s definitely not ugly or fugly.

The one that makes me laff the most are the mothers who can’t even pronounce the english/modern/cool names they’ve given their kids correctly.
