Adeboye prays for Christian Girl in Boko Haram Captivity
General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), E.A. Adeboye, has prayed for the release of the Dapchi girl still in captivity.
Boko Haram insurgents had returned 104 of the 110 abducted girls from the Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi.
5 girls were reported dead, with 1 last girl, Leah Sharibu, who the insurgents reportedly refused to release because she insisted on not renouncing her religion, Christianity.
Adeboye, on his Twitter @PastorEAAdeboye, wrote:
Lord, we ask that you visit the camp of the captors and in a way that You alone can, see to the safe release and return of the missing girl Leah Sharibu in Jesus name.
Isaiah 49:25 But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.
