Linda Ikeji buys New Mercedes Benz GLE for Sister Sandra

Linda Ikeji is giving us sibling goals with her latest acquisition, a brand new Mercedes Benz GLE for her sister, Sandra.

Although it is not Sandra’s birthday, Linda revealed that she simply bought the car as a token of appreciation for her hardwork over the years.

She wrote on her Instagram page;

To the most hard working woman and best human being I know. When I started my company in 2004, whenever I dressed up to go to work, she would dress up and follow me. Almost every day for 7 years. Except when she had to go to school. For years, we didn’t make much but she never stopped believing in me or hustling with me. She worked as hard as I did, if not more for our lives to be better. My backbone and my ‘Miss Fix It’. Love and appreciate you more than you can ever know. Enjoy @[email protected]

Sandra who was visibly excited at her unexpected gift, shared a video on Instagram with the caption;

Oh my God, @officiallindaikeji jst got me a 30m car. This is a huge surprise. I wasn’t xpecting anything, it’s not even my birthday . I had jst returned from church after a one week powerful retreat and I even came home with a Rev. Fr. Dan who I hadn’t seen in almost 20yrs who prescided over the retreat , I had brought him home to meet my family, got home and met the surprise of my life. A brand new Mercedes GLE 350 @mayfaiiirrr. Thank you Jesus. 2018 a year of abundant blessing . God bless you more @officiallindaikeji I love you.

    No it’s not enough we need the bank ground story. We need to know the price of the car. Laura also has to link herself to herself to it somehow. Nice move. Just wish they would not be so rough around the edges. Wait for that weasel Pekscto make his own post.

    My sister bought me an amazing car is enough. No need to broadcast the price. Those who are interested in the price tag can google it.

      I need someone to explain what poverty mentality means because I don’t get it. Paris Hilton have never been poor yet she flashes stuff. How about those rich kids of one city or the other, their flashing has no limit! Cuppy was flaunting sometime back. Problem with Nigerians is if they know your grass story….everything you do is poverty mentality.

      I hope to find a friend or have a family I can do this to someday. I love the joy on people’s face when you make them smile even if they later talk thrash or whatever, as long as they are smiling at that very moment, I am good!

      @Crazyworld
      No one has an issue with people flashing stuff.
      Grass to grace stories are wonderful and inspires those that are marginalized. The problem is flaunting the price tag of the item.
      Cuppy, Paris Hilton, and countless others who grew up with wealth flaunt stuff, yes…but they never state the price. It’s gauche and screams nouveau riche, but hey..to each his own I guess.

    It’s a fxxxxg poverty mentality and inferiority complex always showcased by low self esteem mf always seeking validation like toke,. PSquare brothers, kcee, chika Ike, Laura ikeji, Linda ikeji etc etc. It’s like a sickness. Showing off to be accepted by strangers who don’t give a fxxk about you. Other group of people do it too but some more than others and that’s a fact.

    Dangote, bill gates, etc etc so many other billionaire on this planet, they never show off nor do their kids.

    See my car, see my red bottom shoes, see my house, see my closet, dream sitting on first class aeroplane drinking champagne. I mean wtf. Some people are so bush you trying to take them out the bush they’ll still be holding on to the grass tight.

    I’m sure the likes of Genevieve, Stephanie and Rita have nice cars but I’ve never seen it cos they are classy and don’t need that validation from strangers like the toke, ikeji or the okoyes always do. Or chika Ike.

    Beyonce and Jay are one of the richest couple in the world, they had a small quiet wedding and don’t flash any materialistic bullshit yet they have it all. Learn from them and stop the mgbeke nonsense.

    Be a lil unassuming sometimes and stop showing off all your newly acquired materialistic nonsense. It is bush and attention seeking.

      Booollllssshhheeettttt

      They flashed so much extravagance let’s not even go there. It’s poverty mentality when poor people do it but it’s class when rich people do it.

      I get not liking extravagance but don’t take it from Dangote and then crucify PSquare

    This family is the epitome of money miss road. They are so loud and uncouth. This sister I have to say has been Linda’s point woman she has always talked about her. But this flagrant display of money is so so tacky especially in an unstable place like Nigeria with its grinding poverty. The most hideous sister laura will try to out do this. Can they just keep things lowkey for crying out loud. Many people rise from abject poverty to money and don’t feel the need to do constantly show off. I guess one can’t be cured from a Poverty mentality and deep seated insecurity and low self esteem that money can’t buy.

    In America it’s called the ugly american and by proxy in Nigeria it’s called the ugly Nigerian. The Donald j. Drumpf syndrome. Notice me notice me I’m here I’m here!!!

    Lol… All the people here wailing about the Ikeji’s being “nouveau riche” or “moneymissroad” , iz not ya money ooooooo…. Goan make your own and act classy and silent with it. It’s not your place to comment about how people who work hard for their money spend it. I don’t see any of you shouting like this when Nigerian politicians show off their wealth. You guys Awww and ahhhh everyday on bellanaija when politicians children flaunt their stolen wealth on this website but you will come here to flap your lips when it’s someone who you know earned their coins by working for it. Smh…. I wish I had the money to spoil my siblings and parents like this, I hope that one day I will get there.

    • Kkay

      March 26, 2018 at 7:08 pm

      @Tunmi, please tell them! Their HYPOCRISY is stifling!!!
      Class this, ‘school’ that. Their so-called Old money class also flaunt with their loud weddings etc! Many of them are even owing banks billions in loans that have gone bad.

      Some of their children are the ones making negative comments here, lashing out at the Ikejis. Lol.
      They don’t want them to “come up hither” because deep down they think wealth is their exclusive right.

      Nigerians are loud and incurable show-offs by nature. It comes with the territory.
      Not everyone would be like you or live up to your expectation. Guess why? You don’t live up to theirs. Simple!
      Cut the Ikejis some slack, please.

    Beautiful car but the video is so cringeworthy. Couldn’t watch after the first few seconds. Gosh, the mbegke reaction was so apt, wasn’t shocking at all. I just didn’t have to torture myself watching it. Still, it is a beautiful car. Well done Linda.

      Excuse me, what was mgbeke about her reaction? I thought she was matured and contained, I probably would have cried. What would you have done?
