I really don’t understand the agbada he is wearing? Is he a Nigerian? I’m very confused

As long as i know, Agbada is worn is most African countries not only in Nigeria. Please travel and see

Is it only Nigerians who wear Agbada? Then Africans should stop wearing suits and leave it for the Americans and Europeans.

You are so extremely utterly stupid and ignorant for your comment. Extremely.

I don’t like people like TheTruth who constantly bring division wherever they find themselves. On this kind of beautiful post, the best thing you can think of is cultural appropriation when we are all Black Africans, from the same region!! So unfortunate.

Also, please stop referring to yourself as TheTruth, there is nothing truthful about what you said. Africans should be united rather than being divided by petty crap like what you just wrote. Just disappear abeg. .

Ghanaians please stop the cultural appropriation, it’s beginning to look offensive. Learn to embrace your rich Ghanaian culture.

      May 17, 2018 at 11:30 am

Offensive to who? Stop being so butthurt over something as harmless as someone appreciating your culture. Which one is cultural appropriation?

Please take that nonsense back to where it belongs, the west.

Is The fake Brazilian, Peruvian, Indian hair cultural appropriation? Or the suit African men wear. Take several seats.

Lol agbada is cultural appropriation…. Stop kidding yourself. It is something all West African wear. Open your horizon. Thanks

an agbada is not cultural appropriation. Cameroonians, Nigerians, Senegalese, Ghanaians, Malians, etc in west africa wear it. Please people should expand their horizons.

@TheTruth-You’re IGNORANT much. The Northern tribes in Ghana also wear Agbada so stop displaying your IGNORANCE with talking about cultural appropriation and go get yourself an education!!!

I can’t believe someone said John Dumelo, a Ghanaian (read: fellow West African) is appropriating agbada. This life na beans. What an ignorant joke wow. Olo’un!

the ignorance of some nigerians is disgusting
Agbada is not a distinctly nigerian attire
tribes in northern ghana have been wearing it since since
you guys know that kente is not the national cloth of ghana right? it is only worn by Akans and Ewes. The other 40 plus ethnic groups in Ghana have their own attire. There are also ethnic groups in Ghana that share cultural ancestry with the Yorubas and the Hausas.
Read and learn a little please
