Kayode Fayemi declared Ekiti Guber Polls winner by Tribunal

Ekiti State Governor and former Minister of Solid minerals Kayode Fayemi has been declared by the election petition tribunal as the winner of the gubernatorial elections.

TheCable reports that the tribunal made the decision on Monday, throwing out the case of Kolapo Olusola of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Olusola had filed a petition before the tribunal, challenging the victory of Fayemi who ran on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
