Today, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex visited Smart Works and was welcomed by Chair of Smart Works Lady Juliet Hughes-Hallett and CEO of Smart Works Kate Stephens on January 10, 2019 in London, United Kingdom.
Smart Works is one of the four organizations which she has become Royal Patron of. It was announced today by Kensington Palace. The three other organizations are The National Theatre, The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and Mayhew.
The four royal patronages are the causes she will champion in her royal life. They focus on some of her established interests in the arts, empowering young women, supporting girls’ education and animal welfare.
