The Nation News: Atiku to sell NNPC “to Nigerians with money to buy it” if Elected

Former Vice President and PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has reiterated his position to privatise Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) if elected President, The Nation is reporting.

He said this in Kaduna, while speaking with stakeholders from the 23 LGAs of the state.

“The NNPC will be sold to Nigerians with money to buy it. It’s 63 years Nigeria found crude but up till now we are yet to refine petrol and kerosine by ourselves.

“We have refineries in Kaduna, Warri and Port Harcourt but saboteurs stopped them from working,” Atiku said.
