Nollywood Actress Chika Ike opens “Fancy Nancy” Store in Abuja – Mercy Johnson, Jim Iyke, Mike Ezuruonye, Goldie & More Attend

Nollywood actress Chika Ike amplified her brand earlier this year when she released the second edition of her annual photo calendar.
This time, Chika is veering into the entrepreneurial sphere! She officially launched her accessories store “Fancy Nancy” in Abuja on the 24th of September 2011.
As we have seen with recent celebrity events, the sense of camaraderie among Nigerian celebrities is at an all-time high! Various celebrities flew over to Abuja to support Chika on her big day. Mercy Johnson, Mike Ezuruonye, Goldie, AY & Mabel Makun, Eniola Badmus, Queen Nwokoye, Emeka Ike, Jim Iyke and many more stars attended the event.
BN was on the scene to bring you all the scoop! Here are some tidbits from the event -
* Mercy Johnson attended with her husband, Prince Odi. She looked gorgeous! Basically had the newlywed glow.
* AY and his wife, Mabel were there as well. Really cute couple!
* The celebrant, Chika Ike changed outfits a couple of times and “loaded up” on the accessories.

i was there yesterday, the store sells fashion accessories, like bags, shoes, jewelries and clothes. Chika really did a great job and she was really nice to talk with(i met her on my way out)

One last point, I feel like she could have done better with the models, they made the accessories look a bit tacky (with the hats/afro etc). i wish they were better dressed/styled, that would have definitely highlighted the beauty of the pieces:)

Why r u pple asking for address to the store? Does it belong to BN? If a business owner is stupid enough to go this length in opening an accessories store(average price = 5k), and did not think it highly important to communicate the address of the store, then they probably have nothing to sell and only want you to knw they’ve opened a store!
Someone pls tell mercy johnson that lace wigs are sooo 3 years ago, and if u must, it has to be custom made and not the regular ill-fitting size.
