One thing is for sure…Nigerian actresses are not afraid to push boundaries! Screen star, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde’s reality show on Africa Magic Entertainment “Omotola: The Real Me” has gotten a lot of buzz. It’s interesting to see that another actress is towing the reality TV line.
Leading Yoruba movie actress, Laide Bakare is set to debut her show titled “Laide Bakare – My Xperience“. You get to see the inside scoop of what goes on in the life of an actress in Nigeria.

Is it one hairstyle throughout one season? Cos. i don’t understand. I respect Omotola and all other actresses but have u watched these Nigerian reality shows? Its so dry compared with those abroad. why are you guys hating. Everyone here in yankee has a reality show. She is a yoruba actress bug time and knows how to act. thats what you get when you do not watch yoruba movies. Please appreciate your yoruba actors and actresses because they can act better than this english movies.
Truth be told….if you watch yoruba films you will know that liade bakare is not a very good actress as in she can’t act at all…..I wonder what the reality show will be like…..I’m.so shaking my head for her. I hope she does not destroy wats left of her career…
I don’t think this is a bad idea. She recently premiered a new movie and launched her record label and this reality show is just going to show all she went through to plan the event. Which is why she has one hairstyle throughout.
While you might not appreciate the show, I’m sure she has fans that’ll love to watch this.
The person that said she can’t act because she was using a kitchen napkin to clean her child’s head in a movie, I’m pretty sure she has to use whatever props are given to her when she acting?
@okromouth if you actually watched the video you’d have been able to see that she was speaking English and that it was definitely not shot with a Nokia phone.

I want one! I’ve got drama, struggle, and a good fight scene all ready to go! I think to keep the Nollywood spirit alive in these reality shows, we must have a party scene…just like in all our movies, that will make it more believable .
