Rising Star Omawumi covers Hi Magazine



Omawumi‘s star keeps rising as she continues to shine in every endeavor.  Her single and video for her song  ‘In The Music‘ is a certified HIT. Her live performances are high octane and exciting. Her style is fresh and daring. She has been nominated for the 2009 Hip Hop Awards. Basically, the sky is the limit for Idols West Africa runner-up Omawumi. This month she is on the cover of Hi Magazine – in this issue of the mag alongside her pretty photos garbed in designs from Phunk Afrique, she discusses her rise to fame, her experience acting in the V-Monologues and also lets us into what we can expect from her in the future.     love her hairstyle!suits her a lot. Similar to the one Serena Williams had at a time. not so familiar with any of her songs or work but I like her all the same. She comes off as vivacious! Good luck to her!
