One of the most fabulous events on the scene this year took place on the 5th of November 2011 as one of Africa’s leading luxury retailers Temple Muse launched its new flagship store in Lagos, Nigeria.
Temple Muse has propelled the luxury retail sector in Nigeria to new heights with this new space. The official press release describes the store and the level of service to expect as well – “The new Temple Muse store will possess an effortless art deco elegance to it with a gallery-like open feel.
Exquisite, seductive fragrances, ambient beats and a palatial backdrop will set the mood to a space boasting a range of exclusive product, concierge desk and Moet & Chandon champagne bar – make sure to try the signature Temple Muse Bellini! When people walk through the doors of Temple Muse they will escape from the hustle bustle of city life into an oasis of opulence & tranquillity. They can expect to be met with impeccable customer service and indulge in a unique & fulfilling shopping experience in a relaxed ambience.“
Exclusive pieces from African design brands including Tiffany Amber, Maatano, Lanre DaSilva-Ajayi and Odio Mimonet are all showcased under one roof.
Temple Muse also offers a number of in-store services that include Wedding List Gift Registry, Corporate Gifts, Hamper Service and Flower Store. A select mix of products by global brands including Lalique, Christofle, Bernardaud, Moet-Hennessy, Missoni, Hermes, Givenchy, YSL, Amrapali, Lara Bohinc and Dunhill are also available in store and by order.
All the Lagos socialistas and fashion insiders came out to celebrate this fab fete! The event was also the official Lagos launch and book signing for ARISE Magazine Editor Helen Jennings’ new book “New African Fashion”.
One of the questions we get asked most often on BN is “Where can we buy” so it is great to see that the retail sector especially for Nigerian designers is growing!
