BN Bytes: “Phone Swap” Leading Lady Nse Ikpe Etim Dazzles in Black & White at the Movie’s World Premiere in Lagos

The world premiere of Kunle Afolayan‘s “Phone Swap” took place at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos this weekend.
The movie’s leading lady Nse Ikpe Etim looked fabulous at the event. Nse who is the film’s co-lead alongside Wale Ojo chose a floor-length white dress with black detailing, a sheer lace back panel and a jewel accent.

Love her hair too! One of our fave looks from Nse.

Dress by Wanger Ayu.

Look out for more photos from the premiere on BN soon.

She looks FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL! I’ve always loved me some Nse Ikpe-Etim because she carries herself in a very classy, respectful fashion. She is scandal and drama free. And may I add, she is always a delight to watch on screen? I watched that very brain-deadening film, Kiss & Tell and she was the BEST thing in the film.

Why diss the film, ‘Kiss & Tell’? You didnt like it fine.. what was brain deadening about it? As brain deadening as ‘Black Berry Babes’ abi? Or Beyonce & Rhianna? You people are so effing hard to please its not even funny any more! May God help you find more ‘brain quickening’ things! Hunh! Psheeeeew! SMH!

      March 20, 2012 at 2:01 am

But Asanwa, why is the thing paining you so much? Take am easy o before you give yourself a hernia! She’s just expressing her opinion…jeez. Do you have some personal stake in the film or sumthing? It’s really not that serious

    • Food for thought

      March 21, 2012 at 6:31 pm

ehm – wait ooo, so If one watches a really bad film he/she is not supposed to criticize anymore – abi? Abeg go rub your tongue on something else and stop wagging it on someone who has chosen to excercise her freedom of speech!

    • Lola

      March 23, 2012 at 11:06 am

I think she braided or twisted the tips of her hair, and then tucked them in to create the ‘poof effect’.

Nse’s on point, has always been on point, I just feel sometimes that nollywood’s not exploring her full pottential, she should be on the top of this game, one thing I love about her career asides loving her as a person is the fact that I’ve never seen her do any trashy movie.

    • Inem

      March 26, 2012 at 12:25 am

Not every dress has to be figure hugging. This look is clean, classy, easy and elegant. Not big on the sandals but good job overall.
