The white guy made the video interesting. I don’t like seeing music videos with these black female dancers with their big yansh wearing pant and tights all the time. I don tire!
Anyway, I like this guy and I don’t know the real girst with Mo’Hits. However, I hope he is not completely leaving where he started from. There is no place like home. America is a very difficult and fickle market and you should always have a back up plan (I believe he should have one). Just because you have a hit or a bunch of them does not mean you are secure. You have to keep your name in the limelight for as long as you want to have a successful career. He should not completely change his sound. Give those people what they have not heard before. I wish him all the best! He and Jazzy were monsters together.

  • Stephan March 18, 2012 at 5:59 pm

Kanye west looks like the devil here. There’s a very evil flair about him in this vid -_-

    • Lumie-nati March 18, 2012 at 7:12 pm

So Agree…..Its like Kanye West is Dr Evil and D’banj is Mini-me

  • Ogg March 18, 2012 at 6:03 pm

lool why? u don’t even know what went on? relying on nigerian media is like drinking piss *some weird people do that tho*

  • Naa March 18, 2012 at 6:05 pm

  • Ure March 18, 2012 at 6:05 pm

    Kanye West is evil.

  • tezy March 18, 2012 at 6:06 pm

why is it saying GOOD music presents and the mohits is just associated with it.. wasn’t the song made under mo’hits..

  • Stella-Marie March 18, 2012 at 6:07 pm

All the cameos in the world wont make a hit!! Plus weren’t the competition winners meant to be in, I heard they were all forgotten not even common koko mobile!! These guys just used them for free advertisement for a shit song!!!!

  • saywhat March 18, 2012 at 6:14 pm

this video is missing something…cnt put my finger on it …i guess i was just expecting a bit of more African or a bit of razz touch to the video to flow with the song…..whatever

  • saywhat March 18, 2012 at 6:21 pm

So now dbanj wants to join this american artist in using religion in their songs right? why statue of mary?……abeg leave religion out…

  • lamide March 18, 2012 at 6:22 pm

Something about this video. Didnt’t really hit the mark. Not bad, but almost like there’s a flavour missing.

    • LB March 18, 2012 at 7:32 pm

The Nigerian flavour is what is missing and has been replaced by american flavour instead. Goodluck to D’Banj because he is going to need it. I listen to Nigerian/African artists because of the unique Nigerian/African flavour. The minute our Nigerian artistes are turned into american wannabe artists, I will stop listening to their music. I hate american music and I hate the idea that D’Banj signed with an american record lebel where he will no longer be free to do the kind of music he wants to do but rather has to dance to the tune and dictates of american record executives. Lastly, most artists signed to american record labels end up depressed and start doing drugs and can’t sleep. Probably because they are tormented by the wicked one and they never get to retire from the industry. The only way they get to retire is by dying mysteriously. I sorry for D’Banj. Look at how evil Kanye looks. He look like the devil impersonified. Mtshew!

      • Asanwa Baby March 18, 2012 at 10:18 pm

Well said o! Spot on my friend

      • Nikkybee April 7, 2012 at 4:50 pm

Why so much negativity……..Most modern Nigerian music has a lot of influence from American R&B scene or Reggae influences. Not quite sure what you are on about… Gosh … If you want pure Nigerian music then we should be talking about music from late Oliver de’ Coque (hi-life)

  • partyrider March 18, 2012 at 6:24 pm

first video without the mohits crew..i miss them already 🙁 i could imagine him and donjazzy at the end instead of kanye..oh well 🙁
on the video itself, considering the fact the lyrics of the song had little or no content to even interpret,i think the video was just fresh-asin good picture quality..the only thing i enjoyed was the white guy dancing azonto..
i wish Dbanj all the best..

    • lolly March 19, 2012 at 3:36 pm

MY THOUGHTS EXCATLY! the white boy azonto killed it for me.. everything else was wack, esp the statue of mary smiling, that was soooo unnecessary…

  • T.S. March 18, 2012 at 6:28 pm

I have been a fan of DBanj since his Mobolowon days. It is great to see him grow as an artist. The video is quite nice – the dancers were great. I hope as he gains international stardom, he does not forget his own people because when all is said and done, his people that backed him from the beginning are the ones he will count on. International fame can be zapped in a minute and the competition is tough. Best of luck to him.

    • Temz March 18, 2012 at 10:25 pm

does not forget ke? abi he has forgotten. lol

  • christy March 18, 2012 at 6:29 pm

    Awoooo.kanye west.don suffer 4 naija hand

  • bebe March 18, 2012 at 6:30 pm

the song is catchy but aint feeling the video …the white guy made it …..besides why does it say Good music presents and then in association with mohits …wasnt this song made under mohits?

  • Purpleicious Babe March 18, 2012 at 6:37 pm

the oyinbo dance did it for me.. the rest.. it pewwweeeee sure kelebe……

  • Mosheni March 18, 2012 at 6:38 pm

Isit me or is it the whackest video produced by Mohits. Let’s be real Mr. endowed Snoop dogg edition was more fun than this shiitee

  • Purpleicious Babe March 18, 2012 at 6:39 pm

and yes who won the competition and why wasnt it featured in the crap video… that i hate so much despite the hype i knew it wont do it for me……… again the Oyinbo guy try with the dance..

  • Lola March 18, 2012 at 6:41 pm

My mouth is open and my hand don fall. What is this? I like the White dude’s part especially at the hook where “why you come dey shake shake bom bom when you know say you no get get bom bom.” His Azonto was on point. Everything else was extra . The video was lacking a concept inmy ownopinion

  • kiki March 18, 2012 at 7:04 pm

Dbanj was toooo rigid and not his usual silly sef lol. I guess thats the prob. No nigerian razzness. eyah. Well video wasnt exciting but wasnt terrible either

  • Blessed March 18, 2012 at 7:22 pm

Sigh! It lacks the Nigerian flavour. Even the competition videos submitted by fans were much better. Looking at this video, D’Banj will loose his Nigerian/African fans because you can see the american flavour in the video. Oh well! I knew this idea of signing with GOOD music/Kanye was a bad idea from day one. I know how americans behave…both the white and black ones and I can never give them my loyalty. D’Banj better be careful.

  • Kiz March 18, 2012 at 7:23 pm

    hmmn….wonders! statue of mary tho?????????

  • Chikaka March 18, 2012 at 7:40 pm

Loved the Caucasian guy’s dancing. Touche about Kanye looking evil, like a handler!

  • dayo March 18, 2012 at 7:40 pm

Cant Nigerians just watch something for once without some really stupid comments

    • Anti-dayo March 19, 2012 at 5:16 am

Maybe you should take your own advice and not make a stupid comment like the one you just made. Everyone does not have to share your point of view. The comment section is there for a reason. It is there for us to tell it as we see it. If you don’t like it, you are welcome to go to another site where there is lack of freedom of speech or better yet, go and start your own website and let’s see how many people will patronize your site. We all can’t have the same opinion like we are a bunch of clones. This is the world wide web and not our Nigerian society where people are all forced to conform to popular view and opinion as if we are communists!

    • Alero March 19, 2012 at 1:36 pm

Like the one u just made up there? Sure, we can. lol

  • Rhoda March 18, 2012 at 7:49 pm

video removed by user @bellanaija. Why?!!!

  • Africhic March 18, 2012 at 7:50 pm

I was watching the video and it suddenly became a private video?

  • Berry Choco-Latte March 18, 2012 at 7:53 pm

    I’m bored 😐

  • Margaret March 18, 2012 at 8:04 pm

im happy hes moving up on the career ladder, but i just wish it was with mohits.
    but Kanye looked like SEX

  • truthbetold March 18, 2012 at 8:21 pm

I wonder why people from this part of the world are quick to judge as if they are privy to all that went on. This is really the negative part of the internet. Every one is a journalist, a judge just because they have access to the internet. Its so unfortunate, that’s the world we live in. The statement from Don Jazzy is hazy and people are foolishly passing judgement…hmm…!!!!

    • JF March 19, 2012 at 5:04 am

…….And why are you hyper ventilating? The comment section is meant for visitors of this site to air their views even if it is contrary to what you believe. Is D’Banj your relative by any chance? So why are you crying more than the bereaved? If you cannot take opinions contrary to yours, kindly go and open your own website and then you can only publish comments that agree with your point of view. And not everyone visiting this site lives in your part of the world. Where I live, internet access is NOT a luxury. It is a common amenity like everything else that almost everyone can conveniently afford. Learn to respect people’s opinion. This is not your part of the world where everyone is expected to conform and act like robots. This video from D’Banj sucks and most americans do not listen to African music. If D’Banj alienates his Nigerian and African fans with his new stiff kanye-influenced style of music/music videos, he will go down the drain. Some of us don’t worship everything american like people like you do.

    • mimi March 19, 2012 at 3:53 pm

truthbetold so onpoint! God bless you. its not like they loved all d videos of dbanj when he was with mohits.pscheww

  • faith March 18, 2012 at 8:32 pm

    • George Amson March 18, 2012 at 11:20 pm

      Hopefully you have a career

    • truthbetold March 18, 2012 at 11:22 pm

….what informs ur opinion Faith. Don’t be judgemental, u’ve not even heard the other side of the story. Pls for God’s sake be objective!!!

    • AiknowAmos March 19, 2012 at 2:29 pm

      it’s spelt ‘Career’ darling lol

  • TAY March 18, 2012 at 8:56 pm

  • Kim K March 18, 2012 at 9:00 pm

  • tayo March 18, 2012 at 9:14 pm

D video is not too tech like dat, I think Dbanj shld jst be wise up, nothing last for ever he shld use time very well also do ur naija thing we appreciate more u sell more copies here dan overseer. Dbanj san owo mi fun mi. One mohit

    • truthbetold March 18, 2012 at 11:20 pm

…I think same goes for Don Jazzy as well. Don’t be too quick to judge Tayo.

  • Personal Shopper March 18, 2012 at 9:42 pm

    H-A-P-P-Y M-O-T-H-E-R’S DAY

  • omoye March 18, 2012 at 9:49 pm

    total bullshit. stupidly funny

  • Ronnie Boy March 18, 2012 at 10:11 pm

The video dint live up to the hype. Flashes of brilliance here and there however, this was Mo’hits’ chance to blow the charts but I dont think they succeeded although the market can be funny and unpredictable. No flair in the video.

  • Billy March 18, 2012 at 10:16 pm

Goodness gracious! Can’t some of u just shut the hell up and keep ur stewpid comments to urselves??The video was great with or without a Don Jazzy!Wot does Don Jazzy do in the videos anyway?Absolutely nothing…@Faith,i dint realize a bloody human being like u can now act like God!Who the hell are u to tell that someone’s career is over?Ur just a sadist!Hate D’banj from now till eternity, the Lord would forever be his strength…The video was nice,D’banj’s outfits were really nice, the dancing was good and ofcourse the appearances were impressive!Bloody Haters…Let this guy be.By the way,Don Jazzy himself stated abt 4mths ago that D’banj’s album wld be produced under GoodMusic/Mo’hits hence the Good music in association with Mo’hits that read at the beginning of the video.
@Party rider,i thot u were supposed to be a loyal fan of D’banj as u claimed countless times before now???However, this song is 200 percent comical and was not intended to have any lyrical depth. It was sung just to laugh and dance at according to D’banj when he was interviewed. The motive behind the song is fully comical so emphasizing lyrics is irrelevant as far as this song is concerned!Music is extremely relative and never has only one objective!

    • Elsie March 19, 2012 at 2:11 pm

in your opinion right?!! well let others express theirs! Thank you

    • Timi Da’ Uyi March 30, 2012 at 2:30 pm

Dey there dey speak grammar…You be Dbanj PA or house boy?? pscheeew!!!! the very same way wey you express ya self na hin me and others dey xpress so…you fit enter express road make trailer jam you if u like..**sips palm wine and bites gala*** kormot for road joooor.

  • signature March 18, 2012 at 10:23 pm

  • sinachi March 18, 2012 at 10:24 pm

where is everybody? not even don jazzy. D’banj! D’banj ! D’banj! how many times did i call you. think twice o o o

  • Truth teller March 18, 2012 at 10:32 pm

As in. He was actin damn too compoted like Kanye told him “boy, I don’t want no bullshit in dis vid” lol I will cut cap for dbanj once his song enters billboard top10. If dt doesn’t happen, he’s still another breeze on the memory lane for me. By the way, the vid is bland but I love d whyt dude…..height of yum. The female vixens were nuttin outta d odinary and who were d oda stars apart frm big Sean nd Kanye?

  • Person March 18, 2012 at 11:02 pm

Mschew. Where are the winners of the competition? oshiko!!!!! Rubbish!

  • adea March 18, 2012 at 11:16 pm

i like the Caucasian guy dancing azonto. very bonzing

  • truthbetold March 18, 2012 at 11:19 pm

Nic, video, nice concept…nuffin has changed. D Banj has not lost his Africaness. he’s bound to continue to soar higher. Good luck bro. Good job!!!

  • MUNA March 18, 2012 at 11:25 pm

BULLSHIT.COM! am i the only one who does not believe this hype? I refuse to believe this guy is so talented that kanye had to take him on. Yes. nice music and all but i could write that song with my eyes closed. Don Jazzy is the real talent here as far as im concerned. im so over this rubbish Kanye hype until i see what exactly they both can do for each other. Kanye featuring in videos and feeling like ISH does not cut it for me. Yep i said it!

  • THE AMAKA March 18, 2012 at 11:29 pm

I couldn’t stop laughing the entire video, OMG. Lol. the only thing about the video that caught my eye was the white guy doing the azonto. that was IT! and Kanye appearing at the end for 8 seconds? what is that supposed to mean? Anyway, D’banj needs all the luck he can get because the song and the video are just NOT it.
I also just came to the realization that I can’t seem to watch a D’banj video if there aren’t others in. I was honestly bored. Where is Don Jazzy or his other Mo’Hits members?
    overall, dry video.

    • TessySays March 19, 2012 at 4:18 am

There is a problem when a white guy dances better than you in your own video. Can ask you apart from the catchy song that DON JAZZY wrote, what is about Dbanj in this video would make anybody rush out in America to buy this? Nothing! There is nothing spectacular but the sound so I hope he brings it the next time. I am sure he will rush back to Nigeria and steal on poor boy who will start supplying them beats anonymously, pay him off and claim Kanye did the beat. We shall see!!!

      • lolly March 19, 2012 at 3:41 pm

my sister, abeg help me tell them… na nonsense video i swear. who go buy this single for yankee? not one! he should hook up with asa and nneka to know what it takes to hit it worldwide for real. where people know your music first before they know u!

    • Mafia March 19, 2012 at 7:24 am

I agree. The dancers and the white guy dancing Azonto were the best things about the video. Wish the director had kept with the vision that the dance competition inspired. It made me wanna watch the competition vids again… My Backyard Crew is still my fav. 🙂

  • THE AMAKA March 18, 2012 at 11:34 pm

also, what about the competition? what happened to the supposed winners of the youtube competition? I knew it had to be a SCAM! or even the koko mobiles? LOL.

and I said it the minute D’banj signed with GOOD Music that it would be the end of it all. You see? people were cursing me and calling me a hater for not jumping from wall to wall and cheering because D’banj signed to an American label. I told you he would lose his naija flavor and try to be American, which i called SELLING OUT, and then others proceeded to tell me if thats what you have to do to go international, then it should be accepted.
    NOW see the reviews. Mtchewwww.

    • tellingasis March 19, 2012 at 4:53 am

Na so we see am. I said the same thing too that it was a very bad idea but Nigerians wanted to bite my head off. I have lived in america long enough to know what obtains in the american music industry. Let’s not forget the worshipping of the devil and all that obtains once you sign up with an american record label. Have you not noticed how in the past 15 years, their biggest stars have all been dying mysteriously and untimely. How many successful american music artists lived long enough to retire and enjoy their money in old age? They are all dying b4 age 60. D’Banj better pray because once they join the occult, the only way out is to die.

  • lovely March 18, 2012 at 11:50 pm

Wack -Ass video, I expected more after watching the making of the video, sooooo disppointed. urgh

  • doppleganger March 18, 2012 at 11:56 pm

errrrrrrrrr ok?! the video just raped the song and has left i scared for life! lol

  • ojaybaby March 19, 2012 at 12:17 am

u are soooo right, the video was sooo dulling, even the competition video was more interesting
and he even did that nonsense that Kanye does by turning women into objects. why did the girls on the chair have to sit like they were lifeless dolls? #creepy

  • ot March 19, 2012 at 12:19 am

    wat a silly video!

  • omoibo March 19, 2012 at 2:13 am

Maybe it’s just me but the video was just bland, not saying it wasn’t a good video but it lacked the usual mohits soul/ swagger. Compared to the initial oliver twist video they made with the mohits crew dancing & having a great time, this version just looked so scripted…Heck even Dbanj did not have his usual energy, compare this to the video featuring uncle snoop a.k.a baba Aja……Wishing him & all the mohits crew the very best in their various endeavors

  • Tinie_tempress March 19, 2012 at 2:26 am

    hmmmmm, no comment for now.

  • Ib March 19, 2012 at 3:28 am

D white dude dancing azonto did it for me….Freeze! Azonto

  • jmayaki March 19, 2012 at 3:35 am

really silly. no Nigerian touch/feel. this is not wat we expected. n y bring religion into it? the statue of Mary? was that necessary? dbanj has sold his soul jo

  • Abuba March 19, 2012 at 3:36 am

For I ll say it is well with dbanj and Don jazzy .having been together for years dey really tried its no easy to move together as a group. Some day dey need to breakup example of group that broke plantaintion boyis, remedies, infinity,kc presh, jackson 5,spice girls, destiny child,………….etc. Let forget abt the fact that dbanj and donjazzy pathways the both still need our support

  • 9ja gal March 19, 2012 at 3:39 am

Wait is that white dude, BRICKA BRICKA???!!! HAHAHA..He killed that dance mehn! Check him on Youtube with T-Boy…very funny dude

  • cutie March 19, 2012 at 4:09 am

    **Yawns** next!

  • CHIKA March 19, 2012 at 4:33 am

it’s sad how we choose not to support our African artiste. It’s okay to be objectively critical, hating will not take his talent away.At the end of the day, guess who is smiling on the way to the bank? NOT YOU! ENOUGH OF THE HATING AND SHEER BITTERNESS.GO BOIL STONES. one of his best videos by all standards.

  • hajia March 19, 2012 at 4:40 am

dat video is nice,so good, best video d’banj ever made.

  • OmoBolanle March 19, 2012 at 5:43 am

All the hype and brouhaha for this? Hisss
I find it sad, that we african in general think that success is always associated with the western culture, or with the way the western culture dictates things to be. In as much as I understand the business move behind it, I am beginning to see that Dbanj himself is losing it big time. The reason why i began to like to Dbanj is because eventhough he is not a great singer, he entertains! Before you know it, he will eventually fade because I do not think that Kanye will give him enough breathing space to let the nigerian touch flow through is music. Oh well i still like the song, the video (except for this white dude, I throwey yansh for am) is blah, really falls flat and has no creativity behind it. I still wish him all the best…

  • Funke March 19, 2012 at 6:15 am

CRINGEEEE!!! cameo this, cameo that…they are all C-list stars…I thought the video would be funny like the song but mehrr I’m disappointed…I prefer initial low budget video with the mohits crew in their living room, it was more exciting than this deadness..

  • Leesah March 19, 2012 at 6:57 am

Abeg u pple should leave D’banj alone we don’t knw what happened btw him n Don Jazzy. Nice video proud of you.

    • lolly March 19, 2012 at 3:39 pm

madam! the video is not nice. say the truth and let the devil be ashamed!

  • kayode Nerzxers March 19, 2012 at 7:24 am

the video is so dry. The background of the video is not bright enough. the girls dont dance very well. if dj tee shot the video, it will be better . That african thing is not in the video at all . shit video . mscheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • Jemu March 19, 2012 at 7:54 am

something is missing in this video.

  • Des March 19, 2012 at 8:34 am

*YAWNS* very boring video. No don jazzy and d usual crew. I love the song but the video doesnt cut it for me. Wish him well though but the most exciting thing about his music is don jazzy

  • chinny O March 19, 2012 at 8:41 am

    Meee noo likeey……

  • darocha March 19, 2012 at 8:54 am

its obvious illuminati is responsible for their breaking up, Don jazzy had the fear of God and opted out, Dbanj on the other hand is still blindly ambitious…..thats the reason there is no clear reason for the break up, the mary part in the video is his initiation ritual

  • Fashionista March 19, 2012 at 9:06 am

I like it jor!!!! the white guy killed that dance!

  • kay March 19, 2012 at 9:23 am

kipin ma fingers crossed for dbanj n don jazzy. hope something good comes out of this breakup. nice video tho.

  • chexbarbie March 19, 2012 at 9:48 am

@mosheni and Ronnie boy, are u guys from this planet at all? besides cant you read or see clearly? it says G.O.O.D MUSIC presents and not MO’HITS presents. mtchwwwww!!! am sure they added that ”in association with mo’hits” afterwards to patronise Don j or attract mo’hits fans to view the video. Not a fan of kanye west and certainly will NO longer be a fan of D’banj again.

  • lol March 19, 2012 at 10:05 am

mmm, dis video is just rong, honestly… very rong… why…? anyways its his new way now

  • Lue March 19, 2012 at 10:06 am

me no likey, at all……except for the azonto part (think the guy should have danced more)
virgin mary, not cool at all
and whats that with Kanye? thats supposed to be Don Jazzy SMH

  • Austine Ojovbo March 19, 2012 at 10:19 am

Naija shaaaaa……….always reping! Well, it was a nice video. Very techm entertaining and colourful. But I just fink it goes beyond that, the flair seem to have been lost. D’Banj and Don Jazzy both make a competitive pair, with each other, there’s little more to the rammattaz! Wish them all well sha!

  • adenike March 19, 2012 at 10:32 am

Well, I may sound biased but God knows I’m not. I made sure i watched the video before the comments because sometimes, the comments form your opinion. The video isn’t all that bad. But you know that feeling you have when you’re watching a movie-and you expect something really big to drop (maybe a climax) and it just never happens? Yea, that’s the feeling i had while watching the video. I’m trying to look for the appropriate word here but I just can’t find it. Besides, how come Don Jazzy didn’t feature in the video? Guess they’ve been having issues for a long time. But all in all, Sesan and Dapo, well done.

  • ms pretty March 19, 2012 at 10:40 am

but he mentioned donjazzy n d video now, so whatdaheck????? d only thng missing s donj not appearing wt them @ d end of d video

  • bounce March 19, 2012 at 11:22 am

see ba, what’s up with the virgin mary and disfigured necklace of a Jesus-like figure? where is the rest of the mohits crew? why is kanye west appearing in the end like everyone is supposed to jumping cos he’s in the vid. Typical. D’Banj, goodluck with ur good music.

  • kem March 19, 2012 at 11:22 am

no more, don jazzy again, lol, anyway good music, good reason…

  • deegal March 19, 2012 at 11:36 am

lmao, from the comments 1 would think that every video he and Don jazzy made were dynamite while i seem to remember most people criticizing those same videos as being shallow blah blah… Not bad for a new partnership, as time goes on i believe we’ll see a batter blend of the D’banj we know and Kanye

  • Y8? March 19, 2012 at 12:43 pm

Waoh! So much hate for D’banj! One begins to wonder who these haters are?…a lil findings and you’ll realize its the same set of peeps that never supported him from the on set but they shamefully danced to his music and went for his shows anyway and they are here again to see his video but silently wished he never made it (so at every hint of any rumour of his misgivings, they creep out of their hole to pass comments and cast aspersions on him), they never saw anything good in him (…he can’t sing, he is whack, he’s razz as if they’ve ever had tea wit the Queen b4, he’s bla blah blah ). Its no news that affiliations are made and then pulled down at some point in life so what is the fuss about these guys going their separate ways? Groups break up everyday like its out of fashion, Destiny’s child old and new, Plantation boys (bringing it home) even Jackson 5 (brothers), so kini big deal? D’banj is yet to publicly make a statement about the whole ordeal and yet everyone here has started passing Judgement and aspersions on him like they know it all – I’m sorry for D’banj, its all over for D’banj, his doom is here and all sort of bull crap comments , are you guys God? Na Wa Oh!!! D’banj is D’banj today because he has stayed true to his person, not because of your advice to him and neither is he a hypocrite like most of you wanabes here. Live and lets live people! For the record, I’ve got nothing against Don Jazzy either so some Don Jazzy soldiers shouldn’t take my comment personal cos I know there are a lot of you out there by the look of things.

    • bebe March 19, 2012 at 1:42 pm

whats this long story about?…people wld not like everything besides when thos groups split they stayed through to their sounds…and if dbanj doesnt stay true he wld losse his fanbase bcos the oldies and some people love the naija flavour he has….also i believe this song is a mohits song ….so why does it say good music presents and why are there cameos of them in d supposed to be fun vid?…i beleive this artist are hungry and just want to use dbanj to gain an african fanbase that is all…

  • highflyers entertainment March 19, 2012 at 12:43 pm

well,to be sincere its not a bad video, but to me it just look dry unlike the normal mo hits thingy ,best of luck dbanj and don jazzy, nothing last forever >>>>>i dont know why i keep seeing them like water and its source<<<<<<

  • Karen March 19, 2012 at 1:16 pm

  • Tee March 19, 2012 at 1:19 pm

Are you ure its the same video we are all watching cuz d one I saw reeks of Quality, Creativity, class and nothing compared to any video done by any Nigerian! Even if ur beefing don’t lie yourself ! This video is too mad!!!

  • Tolu March 19, 2012 at 1:24 pm

Nigerians can like to beef sha! With these hate comments here, I am very sure it’s the beefing Mohits crew members that are posting them cuz they havent reached this level. Advice, don’t hate a Brother! Appreciate! if not you will continue to be local champions as you all currently are!

  • Tas March 19, 2012 at 1:46 pm

@Y8,may God bless ur soul!I swear to God,ur wisdom is of the highest order. They know absolutely nothing abt D’Banj and his Don Jazzy friend issue, yet they have passed judgements in favour of Don Jazzy.SMH!God is good and would always show that He is God!It’s only a matter of time. The fact that D’banj is outspoken, extraordinarily lively and full of life has now been used as a weapon against him with many thanks to the useless media and foolish insinuations about their fight, thereby implicating D’banj in almost all ramifications. This is a trying time for him and i know that God in His infinite mercies would see him through. He has his minuses and so does everyone and by God’s grace,he would be delivered! They ranted all sort of gibberish whilst he was still wiv Don Jazzy, abused his videos and said evry negative thing like he has no good in him.Unfortunately for them and fortunately for him,he soared even higher in his musical career. The same sadists criticized his previous videos in the past despite the inclusion of Don Jazzy then and yet are here ranting that Don Jazzy’s appearance wld have made a difference???Made a difference my foot!Wot the hell does Don Jazzy do in the videos?Of wot use is he in the videos? He knows absolutely nothing abt music videos and directing so am still trying to understand how that affected the entire Oliver Twist video. The same Sesan who has been directing their videos in the past is the same Sesan who directed this.God is the best judge and the only rightful judge so u sadists should rest ur cases! And as for the Virgin Mary in the video, who knows whether he’s trying to tell all u haters that he’s still a Christian so u guys can keep quiet and let him be.All in one,I wish u the very best D’banj and God’s guidance in all u do from now on.

    • Anonymous March 20, 2012 at 7:49 am

Are you kidding me? Is that how they depict xtianity where you are from? A smirking holy Mary? You are either extremely silly or really faffing. Note, I’m not a catholic and I do not have any affiliation with Catholics. That just looks sooooo wrong to me. Very wrong.

  • me March 19, 2012 at 2:44 pm

@Y8 I feel u dull tho, whre ve u eva seen virgin mary smiln during a confession????is dah wot being a christain represents,2me dts total BS

    • Y8? March 21, 2012 at 2:54 pm

U’ve been so engulfed by hate 4 D’banj that u don’t even know who u directing ur comment @, gosh! I think its not so hard to tell who d dull one is afterall!

  • 4get abt dat March 19, 2012 at 3:42 pm

u guys r just talking d last time i checked dbanj nd donjazzy were both signed 2 GOOD MUSIC so if dbanj is illuminati so also is don jazzy nd we shld not judge his video by d current issue between him nd don j,my own advice 2 them is dat d devil has nothing 2 offer dem dan eternal damnation ~PEACE~

  • auntie March 19, 2012 at 3:43 pm

aww…. see bricka bricka now!!!!….that azonto is onpoint

  • hmmm March 19, 2012 at 8:34 pm

I wonder why we think sometimes that it is when we sign to a western label we have arrived… even the so called western artist, see how ghetto and hungry they look.. apart from kanye west, dbanj probably has more money and dresses better….sigh…the video is blah….

  • mereal March 19, 2012 at 10:19 pm

I reserve my comment until i get to know the exact reason for their breakup…….but for now, i dont tink this is working for Dbanj

  • tega March 19, 2012 at 11:22 pm

i hate this …………………. this is so so dry ……wat do you think people

  • Me2me March 20, 2012 at 12:51 am

The comment box is meant for comments so i shall comment. This video in my opinion didn’t live up to standard. I expected something better than others, being that it was produced by a international record label. The most distasteful aspect of the video is the reverend sister or proclaimed statue of Marry, It was unnecessary and I know i am not speaking for myself when i say i am so disappointed in Dapo for allowing that. Its one thing for the white folks to act naive but for you way know what’s up common

  • Lily March 20, 2012 at 12:56 am

You guys shld look at that video well, forward to 0.33 and pay close attention to d neck chains they showed.

  • Joy March 20, 2012 at 2:25 am

women have no respect for their selves anymore, smh!

  • Alma March 20, 2012 at 7:41 am

Mcchewwwwww. I know I’m a last carrier, but apart from the Azonto part (which btw was awesome for a white guy), the video is just bleh. Oh, why did Kanye have to show his face like that? They made it appear like his appearance in the video was like the “almighty” appearing, *rme*. I hope d catholics will not “beef” these guys for that depiction of Mary sha. Bleh video. Very bleh! #okbye

  • iTawa March 20, 2012 at 7:55 am

the video has dumb-dumb/BS written all over it! so dere was no better location than dis crack house??? WOW…DOUBLE WOW! c’mon kanye, did u see wat AKON did with p-square? do I blame u, when u ain’t African….#mtschewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww pls D’banj u need to rethink ur move to G.O.O.D (more like BAD) music or watever!

  • Bimbo March 20, 2012 at 9:42 am

  • Tayo March 20, 2012 at 10:41 am

  • Nnamdi April 11, 2012 at 1:49 pm

You guys are not great analyst..yes something is definitely missing and that something is the creative touch of don jazzy..dbanj is just an entertainer and not so much of a great singer.dbanj with don jazzys genius, beats and creativity is like using tootbrush without toot paste.Certainly no flavor no matter how much u brush!!!

  • ck April 22, 2012 at 1:11 pm

  • BeeBee2000 May 16, 2012 at 9:59 am

Na whoaooooooooo for we Africans ! Why don’t we ever like progress, And who on earth ever likes being “Stagnant” All the people making negative comments if they are given an opportunity they’ll be the first ones to run to recieve it. Those of you complaining about D’banj success WHY are u here in Europe? and if u live in Africa and u don’t have the means to go Europe WHY do hungry to Visit Europe.. You must not CRITICISE ANYONE’s HARD WORK done by little by little PROGRESS, IT IS WRONG. WE All know how difficult things are back in Africa without any AID from the Government come to talk of Family or Friends. Now! How many of you Criticise CORRUPTION as much as real hard work as this, considering how TARNISHED our Name is in the eyes of the WORLD especially (NIGERIA). All I can say is Don’t ” be DAFT”, D’Banj is a “Naija Boy” going to learn the Real Thing and Bring Back the experience home, and use it for our New and UPCOMING NATION “NIGERIA”.. Let we all be positively supportive and embrace this newly found innitiatives with OPEN ARMS.
