BellaNaija Weddings presents “The Makeup Menu” by KemiKings Beauty! Which of These Fabulous Bridal Looks Would You Rock on Your Wedding Day
Who loves you? BellaNaija Weddings Does!
Rather than smother you with kisses and hugs, we have something even better…
6 FABULOUS Bridal Beauty Looks for your wedding day.
Renowned international makeup artist Kemi Imevbore-Uwaga, head artist at KemiKings Beauty UK has collaborated with an A-list team of wedding professionals including Avos Hair, Firestone Photography, Seun D Beads and Lyze Hats to present “the Makeup Menu” for BellaNaija Weddings.
This is just the beginning, in a series of upcoming beauty posts, we will be sharing inspirations of fabulous looks you can rock on any of your celebratory events be it a wedding, birthday soiree, christening, or even a night out with the girls. Kemi helps takes out the guess work out of your makeup looks. She demystifies makeup and helps you accurately describe that look you want.
***
So back to the matter, which of these looks will you rock?
The Tahitian Princess
Just imagine your wedding at a swanky beach resort somewhere exotic! The flowers blooming all around, your loved ones happy and excited and your groom eagerly anticipating your arrival – the Tahitian Princess bridal look is effortlessly stunning from the free-flowing waves of the hair to the fresh-faced effect of the natural tones of the makeup. Lovely!
The Bombshell
This is a major beauty trend look for 2013 for bold and beautiful brides! We can totally imagine “the Bombshell” bridal look paired with a mermaid silhouette wedding gown which accentuates the bride’s curves in all the right places. The birdcage veil is the perfect piece to complete this look.
Pretty in Pink
Now this is for our fairytale princesses! Pretty in Pink bride in a dreamy all-lace ballgown paired with a cathedral length lace veil and bridesmaids all around in pastel hued dresses. Swoon!
Smokey Siren
Let us set the scene, an evening wedding in a stunning venue – groomsmen in tuxedos, bridesmaids in evening gowns – the groom looking dapper and the bride in bridal couture! We love how the low-bun bridal hairdo complements this look and let’s not forget the classic tulle veil perfectly tucked in. The Smokey Siren bride is simply modern and glamorous.
40s Chic
The vintage quality of this look translates into timeless elegance!
Royal Belle
Let’s not forget our royal belles! This is a fabulous look for a bride on her traditional engagement day or for brides who change for the night party at their white wedding reception. Regal and beautiful!

I agree. A Naija bride won’t appreciate that hairstyle, probably someone from the Cartibbeans will. I love it though, very different.

Lovely makeup except Pretty Pink. The Pretty in Pink look is too…pink. If you’re to use pink all over the face, you should use different shades of pink. A light champagne pink shadow would have been fantastic.

The tahitian one is also very nice if you are a fan of the more natural look. I see that working for an outdoor beachside wedding. This makeup artist is on point. Plus you have to give it up to the photography as well. It was well done. quality stuff

Bombshell for my white wedding. It’s exactly the look I have in my head because I’d also be using a birdcage veil which hides the eyes and so the lips should pop. For the traditional wedding, its either pretty in pink or royal belle.

Some make up artist do not have the qualities it takes to be a make up artist
