#Balling! D’banj gets a Pair of Customised Sneakers from Italian Designer Giuseppe Zanotti

Guiseppe Zanotti - Dbanj - October 2013 - BellaNaija

Apparently, Giuseppe Zanotti is a fan of D’banj.

The Italian designer’s shoes have been worn by some of the biggest stars in the world including Sarah Jessica-Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and Diddy.

Nigerian celebs are also fans of the brand. Our BN Glam Cam has spotted Iyanya, AY Makun and Stephanie Coker in his creations.

And of course, Bangalee has also been seen in his shoes.

D’banj just shared a photo of the designer sending him a customised blue sequined pair of sneakers.

Sigh…It pays to be a superstar.

You are not making any sense here…D’banj is lost already in music industry, always hiding under being entertainer…I’m sure he can’t do any music close to being good again in his life…all thanks to Don jazzy himself

Ki ni big deal? The entire manufacturing cost of those shoes can not be more than $10. Why are we so materialistic? It is just a pair of shoes, canvas and rubber which some overpaid baba in some Italian village made. I can’t remember Dbanj donating to any worthy cause.

      You’re both ignorant and dumb.
      1. Production of those sneakers IS not $10. If you know anything about the apparel business, you will NEVER say trash like that.
      2. A post about a $10,000 Lego clutch may be materialism (which is even debatable on some level) but you cannot call this materialism. This is more of an acknowledgement thing. I find people like you annoying when you wear clothes and shoes. Go naked now.

Seriously, why do Nigerians fall for every SINGLE thing they see? Do you know ANYBODY can get a custom designer pair? All you do is click the contact/request button on the designer’s website and pay an extra $50-$150 for the custom shipping. Naija girls will fall for anything o, kai!
Ps: this is Kanye’s blessing to Dbanj.

Dbanj always on top of his game, some haters will ask and so what? It is a big deal for designer like Giuseppe Zanotti to gift you his shoe. Like he said you can’t stop a movin train, if you think you can then dare it. The biggest artist in Africa right now.

Serious marketing. Oyibo no dey see money comot eye. I like the boldness of the move. If a popular person wears your item, your name suddenly has appeal to all those who idolize the popular person. mmm hmmm!

ejikebigdick I would have throw alot of insult at you, but I got to respect your opinion because you are entitled to one. but mind you that DKM compilation album sold more than Mavin compilation album. Don’t tell me nonsense has been topping chart upon chart. you are just sitting behind your computer screen to spot nonsense. abeg give this young man a break and he has move on with his life so has Don jazzy done the same. he is getting alot of show and people who knows music are enjoying his compilation album name DKM.

as easy as having a customized/personalized soccer jersey or boots – just pay the additional fees……@darry, it’s so sad the level of whaos and ahhhs that i hear from people when visiting home and have on certain clothing or accessories that i bought on discount/sale but are sold at over inflated prices in naija…..i wish the yeye US embassy would relax and let more naija people visit yankee to come see how accessible these designer “whaos and aaahs” are….
