“I Utterly Abhor Racism”! Dasha Zhukova Apologizes for Sitting on Black Female Mannequin

Dasha Zhukova, the partner of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich who was the centre of racism allegation on Martin Luther King’s Day, for sitting on a black female mannequin in a Buro 24/7 editorial spread, is apologizing for the act.

The 32 year old editor-in-chief of Garage Magazine, who has two children with the Chelsea FC owner, speaks to Standard UK on the much buzzed about topic.

“This photograph, which has been published completely out of context, is of an artwork intended specifically as a commentary on gender and racial politics. I utterly abhor racism, and would like to apologise to anyone who has been offended by this image.”, she said in a statement.

    Honestly the picture is distasteful on ALL accounts. Perhaps she can clarify from an artistic perception what the picture depicts…… that black people are flexible abi we can carry heavy load !!!!!!!! Am truly shocked !!!!!
