She will be okay! She did a wonderful job. Keep on keeping on. Working in an appointment position in Nigeria is no easy feat.

A bi o! People accept such low standards. Celebrating mediocrity… she has done nothing and on top of that she stole money. On my way back to the States a few weeks ago, it was raining both outside and literally indoors in the concourse…I mean the ceiling was pouring water in various locations and we had to tip toe to board the plane. Even more amazing the janitors (guys in the yellow shirts) were gisting and one was sleeping a step from the leaks. They didn’t even bother to look for buckets to collect the water. And you have the audacity to say she has done well…it says so much about you doesn’t it.

    Sigh..
I feel let down by some of the preceding comments. Given the armoured car debacle and her subsequent outing as a fake master’s degree holder, how can u praise her just because she is igbo? It just beggars belief! And before I get attacked, I am igbo myself. So if you found out an igbo person robbed your neighbour’s house, you will say to them ‘u have done well my personal person? What a load of hogwash and tribalistic nonsense! In case you don’t realise it, it is all of our money that paid for her cars. Yes, that is right- Our money! She didnt just steal from the yorubas, the hausas and other tribes in Nigeria…she stole from all igbos as well!!! Shine eyes and hold your politicians to account! And maybe, just maybe there will be a way forward for all of Nigeria!

i think she made the most advancement to the airports compared to any other aviation minister. the lagos international (to mention a few) was looking much better in december.

Thank you. Nigerians love to complain and don’t like to give credit where it’s due. She tried. How hard is it to admit that? Who else has done as much as she has? Pls name them or STFU. Take a seat.

Please its not about her being Igbo, we support her because she worked very hard! she is no saint but she is by far the best Aviation minister Nigeria has had till date… But thats the story of Nigeria, its the people who work that get fired (e.g Barth Nnaji) meanwhile some ministers are there silently chopping and no one is complaining. Its obvious that she ruffled the feathers of some cabals who have been gaining from the decay in the aviation sector for decades and now they have finally succeeded in kicking her out… on top of that other sections are angry because she built an international airport in Eastern Nigeria! Trust me in Nigeria its all about tribe and politics! PLEASE SHOW ME A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IN NIGERIA THAT IS NOT STEALING???
    thought so… NONE!
check online for pictures of the work she has done in major airports in nigeria, educate yourself and don’t let the cabals and media brainwash you!

Okay! let me break this down for you… Those airports she refurbished/upgraded or built were done up with incredibly inferior materials (which she would have budgeted the highest possible amounts for, claiming the materials used were premium) and the workmanship is no where near “state of the art” as is evident in the already degrading state of some of the newly refurbished airports e.g Lagos “old” Local airport… Don’t be surprised if the airports fall apart in the near future…Nigerians though!..You all love packaging..

I would be one of the first to criticize stella when it comes to her fraud but her work portfolio cannot be denied…educate yourself…this woman withstanding the corruption has done more for Nigerian airports than any other Aviation minister I can think of…….Akwa Ibom has an Airport, PH dead one being renovated, Lagos is being renovated, Enugu renovated to international standard, etc….she is corrupt but she worked compared to others who just steal and pretend they are working at least with her you have evidence..

Please take several seats…I’m a Feminist by every standard but some of the above women have done extremely horrible things that should not be emulated by anyone. In advanced countries they would have been jailed…

Good. Hope we extend this to other corrupt Nigerians. I don’t want to believe that she is the only one!
Wonder why Nigerian public servants do not declare their assets before assuming new roles.Corruption is everywhere, not just among Politicians.
If we are serious about fighting corruption, first, Nigerians need a national identification number, without which one cannot do anything in society. Let’s determine, who is who, who has what, and their sources of income!
