Sometimes I wonder…are these non-Nigerians they get to be in the movies even actors? It always looks like they went outside and said “hey you, please come and act with us”. Looking like awkward somethings all the damned time

stella damasus is one of nigeria’s best actresses. but like others have said, she is a crier. haba. and looking at the story of this movie, a woman accused of killing he husband, i can see why she’s crying zoo much, this one has passed acting, it is real cry. i hate the way she and nkiru sylvan us cry in movies, very irritating. i see daniel’s son features in the movie, cute boy. i won’t be watching this, i’m not a fan of the trailer, daniel or stella. and the acting by the white actors looks amateurish. no thanks!

You guys give the girl a break jare. She is not a comedic actress, she is always in a drama with some tragedy or disaster so if the director say make she cry, wetin una want me she do? I am not saying it is not true that she cries a lot in movies but if that’s what the script calls for, she is doing her job. Mercy Johnson and Nkiru Sylvanus (Hilda Dakubo too when she was active) are know for their crying too and nobody complains especially in Mercy’s case.

Honestly this one is not a trend or influence, the woman just loves to cry. Have to seen her in interviews? In movies, interviews, promotion, the woman is crying.

aren’t all Nigerian actors and actresses labeled?
mama G: evil mother in law, that tries to break her son and daughter inlaw marriage. then brings village girl for son to marry then realizes that the village girl is a former. Lagos has entered the girls eye. Then goes to beg previous daughter in-law. Happily ever after
Kanayo o kanayo(think that’s how you spell it): Husband that kills his wife and kids for money lol.
Yvonne Nelson: Rich bratty hoeish girl.
Olu jacobs: King of a kingdom
Mike ezononu( i didnt spell that right either): prince that loves a poor girl but his parents wont let him marry her because of her background. in the end he realizes he should forget his parents opinions(Usually olu jacobs and Ngozi ezonu) and marry the girl.( either Mercy Johnson, chika ike, or ini edo)
    okay im done ranting.
I watch way too many nigerian movies.
