      @Ngo me toooooo when I’m home I work out with my parents and my bros and it actually draws us closer too…I would so love a man I can go to the gym, take a walk, run, dance with…’d be amazing…but then again u don’t always get what u want…so if u don’t have a partner that loves to workout???u can always motivate him and patiently keep pushing and encouraging him nicely cos it’s not that easy to love it..and then slowly and surely it becomes a part of your lifestyle….may our dreams come true..LOL

    side note: I LOOOVE Papi and Kaffy…Kaffy exudes sooo much energy and works hard too…..I’d Jah willing be like that even in my 50s..

    Don’t get too carried away. I don’t think Gabrielle has had any children. A woman at her age who has had kids has to work 5 times as hard

      @CEO I’d have to disagree with u depends on other factors not just kids….true, hers could be as a result of her job as well and the fact that she has no kids…my aunty in her mid-late 50s has 6 kids and has the same statue as Gabrielle….another of my aunt has 2 kids and has the same statue…these 2 aunts don’t really exercise…actually the other walks a lot cos she doesn’t have a car…I think it’s genes for some and for some it’s just eating well and having a good lifestyle (non-sedentary)…

    I thank God for my partner. I love to run and so does he. We run every Saturday morning for at least 6km; I don’t work so i run three times a week and do yoga every evening too. Ain’t nothing good as someone motivating you to keep fit!
