Carnivale Nigeria's COOKOUT in Abuja - BellaNaija - August2014044

Events & Public Relations Company, Carnivale Nigeria‘s quarterly COOKOUT brought Abuja out on Sunday 3rd August 2014 to its Summer Edition, which held at JD Leisure Center in Maitama, Abuja.

The event had a massive turn out of families and individuals of all ages who came out and ate for Africa! This edition of the COOKOUT gave an opportunity to selected upcoming food vendors to promote their businesses, and have one-on-one interviews covered by MyTV Africa and other media houses.

Present were also some of Abuja’s top radio hosts – DC DJ Smooth, Play Entertainment Network, Go Abuja Magazine and photographers in every corner. The Carnivale Team made efforts to make COOKOUT as enjoyable as every edition should be.

The next COOKOUT will be bigger & feature something extra special. Stay tuned and look out for more from Carnivale!

Not even Boko.. I was thinking more about the Ebola. I know that we cannot stop living but prevention is better than cure..

if you are outside Nigeria and watch news media about Nigeria or Africa the make it looks like as if everybody in Nigeria or Africa have Ebola and remember the western world don’t like Africans and the love to hear negative things about the continent because it makes them feel good.

Abuja people always refreshing! Can my Muslimah sisters please educate me on these ones wearing hijabs with cropped tops and skinny jeans? If you are a hijabi aren’t you supposed to be modestly covered like this lady here http://www.bellanaija.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Carnivale-Nigerias-COOKOUT-in-Abuja-BellaNaija-August2014022.jpg.

@baboushka I understand what you mean but it is by levels. Some people wear abayas and hijab, some wear niqab and some wear jeans with hijab, some even wear midi skirts with hijab. It is the level that they have reached in their faith. We should not be so quick to judge and chastise people. We should look to fix ourselves first and pray God gives us the strength of mind to continuously go up another level of faith and perhaps covering. The sisters all look beautiful in their own way.

bruno you sound ignorant most of the time. Perhaps you need to take time off from here to broaden your world view. Do you know how ebola is contracted at all? The types of meat protein that you can contract it from?

Oh dear, what an absolutely cute girl. Look at her full hair. Lovely.
