BN Beauty: The Avant Garde Owambe | Gbenga Artsmith
Here’s a new take on the traditional ‘owambe’ look.
Created by jewelry designer Gbenga Dada of Artsmith Collections; with makeup by Talking Faces and photography by Dipo Orimoloye, the shoot translates the traditional look popular in the Yoruba wedding culture to an avant garde look.
The shoot features themes of high fashion, artsy expressions and African-inspired elements.
Check it out.

I really like the neck pieces, but the blush was too much of a distraction.

Overall, I will score 80%. I can’t find the blush as distractions as some said.

The model’s make up is distracting how gorgeous the neckpieces are.
