Why does their skin look so blotchy, uneven and craw-craw like? Maybe they didn’t pay the photographer…. Nice initiative by the way.

Slightly off topic Have you seen magic Johnson’s skin of late? The man dey shine like red apple skin, that man made me believe HIV/AIDS is not a death sentence…..

….HIV is not only transmitted sexually. The posters are alluding to the misconstrued notion that HIV is a punishment you get for sexual waywardness. I would love to see the next edition include awareness on what to do immediately you get exposed and also how people living with HIV can protect others from getting it by other means asides sex. Like not sharing blades, needles and all….

HIV can be transmitted in so many ways
Sexual intercourse with the affected person
Spectum used in lab for women cos even if sterilize it will still be there except by disinfection but not always dependent.
Blood transfusion. Through scissors , brush, razor, creeper or any infected object , syringe etc. To be a lab scientist is not easy or a medical student. We really take precautions. Advice is no sex before marriage. But stick to one partner pls . Condom is not always safe.

Nma how old are you? because my son graduated from high school when he was 17 , he attended NYU as a biology major.. then I got sick could no longer pay for his tuition.. he was a good student though.. then he joined the Army for two years, somehow he did well as a medics and this institution admitted him.. they did not take his NYU credits eventhough it is a prestigious school but this army institution told him he will start from scratch.. he is doing well again as a bio student.. he is now 23 , so that is 6 years wasted.. he will start now medical school at 26 .. is that too late? thanks for your reply or anyone who can give me a good answer.. he wants and we all want him to become a doctor.. it is has been his childhood dream. Thanks

It’s not too late o. I have heard countless stories of people who started medical school in their 40s. Here’s an example

Goodluck and all the best to your son. 🙂

@YayiBoni……..Age has nothing to do with ambition. If he does not go to Medical School now, in 7 or 8 years He will still be 31/32. Him going for his studies will mean that in eight years he will be a doctor. When i was in the university a man(married with children) in his forties came to UI to study law from year one. Everyone called him Uncle or Egbon….. but he realized his dream irrespective. let him pursue it, time waits for no one.All the best

You do not need to get naked to create awareness. #datsakl

You are so correct!! Nakedness isnt always a good way of driving a point home especially here in Obodo Naija. Yes im going to say it, its a Western Idea that is all shades of wrong! The picture quality is nothing home to write home about. Spoken or written words whilst fully clothed doesnt cause distraction to the message being preached.

I like the idea and that kemsmallzz girl, just checked out her instagram, she seems real. This awareness is very much needed especially amongst young people and it is good they used people that the youth can relate too but as usual people will aways find something wrong with anything. Whether they are naked or not doesn’t change the fact that this is an awareness campaign for something of the utmost importance, finish.

But you get naked when it is time to nack na so what is wrong with doing the same for a cause that has to do with nacking. Please abeg ,people sometimes get too emo for the most unnecessary things, focus on the message!!!! I bet if they were fully clothed, all of you holier than thou people will still find something to complain about!! Please don’t even get me started on all the ‘ western things’ nigerians have imbibed so can we stop singling out things like ‘getting naked for a cause’ when it is convenient for us. And as for the photographer, please be informed that this is a style of photography, it is called grunge!! Sha sha, I like that kemismallzz picture best
