I expect no complaint from ladies whatsoever:
    – you do it too
    – isnt this the gender equality you want?

    • Liv

      February 4, 2015 at 9:21 pm

No Olu, this is not the equality we want. The equality we ask for is that we are allowed the same opportunities for growth at work, in politics, in economic empowerment, in legislation etc.
We do not expect our men to share our make up with us. They can BUY them for us; but that’s where it should end biko. God help us raise our kids oh. So afraid of all I am seeing in this world. Kai.

So…you want to ‘choose’ the kind of equality you want ..definately not fair. lol

When weird things becomes normal, cool, all of a sudden. And we saying Jesus is not coming soon. End time is nearer than we think

    • bruno

      February 4, 2015 at 6:43 pm

more than 12 million blacks were dehumanised, beaten and called slaves and were sold like property, jesus didn’t come neither did the world come to an end.

Hitler killed over 5 million jews.still, the world didn’t come to an end.

so it is now when a man puts on make up that the world will come to an end?

pls religious people keep shut. any small thing, u people start to shout. end times blah blah blah jesus is coming.pls just keep shut.

      February 4, 2015 at 7:05 pm

More than 22million Negroes, More than 10 million Jews, don’t forget the crusades, the dead of WW1 etc and its not all religious people. Don’t generalise.

BN just served you your favorite meal.

    • tish

      February 4, 2015 at 8:18 pm

Nah! ‘religious people’ as you have chosen to term it, won’t keep shut. We will keep speaking, and thankfully Bruno can do nothing about it other than rant on BN. If you haven’t shut it with your regular derogatory comments, why should any other? You can get back to your make up now.

      February 4, 2015 at 8:35 pm

What numpty still uses the term negro in this day and age? Curb your ignorance – EllesarisEllendil

      February 4, 2015 at 11:45 pm

Just so you know, because religious people believe in the Afterlife and equality of all humans, they fought tooth hard for black slaves to be emancipated from capitalists, politicians and scientists who saw them as sub-human. The same religious people hid Jews during the Holocaust, these same religious people made sure that your parents or grandparents had free education, healthcare, etc…
And yes, Jesus will come back again…soon.

Me thinks good religious people have made the world a better place. Thank you! 🙂
BTW Boko-Haram, ISIS etc do not belong to this class. They are evil and use religion as a disguise.

It’s alwsys funny to me reading comments like these, because ignorance no dey hide at all at all. You do realize that make up was created for men AND women during it’s conception, right? You also realize that trousers and undies where creted for men, not women… and so were high heels. I think it was napoloen of France who ordered the first pair because he thought they high lighted his toned (Seriously). When coc chanel (ffounder of CHANNEL) first stepped out in paris wearing mens trousersthe world did not end. I don’t see how it will end now.

I Love the makeup however if you ain’t a male model about to hit the runway or about to do a show or something I don’t see why a guy should have makeup on except you’re gay (not saying I dislike gays though)

“Makeup on Men – Love It or Leave It Alone?”

Bella beht why? Why is this a question????????????????????
    Nonsense and ingredients. Hisssssssssss

  22. Let's be fair!

    February 4, 2015 at 9:09 pm

Beautiful! For those that don’t like this, give reasons why this is wrong! Why should women alone have the opportunity to hide their insecurities and flaws with makeup? By the way in South Korea this is normal and probably in some other cultures!

  23. Jules

    February 4, 2015 at 9:23 pm

This is not even about men or women, it is about marketing. If men start to wear make up imagine how many million the cosmetic industry will gain. So for the last 10 years, I have seen them try to convince men and women that men will look better in make-up. They will keep at it till they are done, don’t forget men makes more money then women…so the market is huge. If it does not work with our generation remember our male kids or grand kids will wear make up. So sad but profit runs our society like it or not we are powerless against the marking billions from the cosmetic industry.

    February 4, 2015 at 10:47 pm

This is absolutely not right. all sorts of wrong.

Those men in the MAC store always have a face full of makeup. The nose contouring is well done, dude look like he had surgery. Is the pic photoshopped?

  32. Tunmi

    February 5, 2015 at 2:44 am

The guy is cute to begin with. I like it. Now I would have preferred just foundation and perhaps concealer, and yes to the lipstick. I barely wear make-up as it is. Me personally, I do not like the fake eyelashes and color contacts.

But yes, I like this challenge.

    February 5, 2015 at 3:43 am

stop using gay men to make money! they are not marketing tools! not all gay men want to wear makeup and a bra. and i am sick of them trying to mane black men look like women! they are trying to make it seem like black WOMEN look so much like MEN it is easy for their MEN to wear makeup and look like the Black WOMAN

  34. Wifey

    February 5, 2015 at 3:54 am

This smells like click-bait. I think the picture is photoshopped. In the after picture, the hair is darker and slightly fuller.

Some men wear makeup all the time e.g. foundation to cover dark spots. Nothing wrong with that. Women wear pants.. so lets not have a double standard. he he
