#HeinekenLFDW: 2 Days to Go! Nuraniya is Planning Something Glam for their S/S2016 Showcase at Fashion Week
The 2015 edition of Heineken Lagos fashion & Design Week is almost here and we are not the only ones excited.
Along with the African and International fashion industry, those showcasing have been sharing their excitement via social media. One of the designers, newcomer Nuraniyi is gearing up to showcase its collection for Spring/Summer 2016 and shared just what we can expect.
According to the brand – “From being adventurously minimal to striking a beautiful balance between minimalism and glamor, just because the label is autobiographical to the core. For every collection we present each season, we reflect, create and portray who we believe the Nuraniya woman should be.”
For this collection, they have been inspired by the woman and her synonymous nature with roses and thorns. She “is both delicate and strong, she is very ladylike but unapologetically tough.” And they will show this through choice of fabrics, textures and colours.
Judging from their debut collection, we can’t wait to see what the fashion brand delivers come Friday 30th October 2015.
