Shell Petroleum? Shell Petroleum?! Talk of pot calling kettle black. Shell Petroleum is who president Buhari is sacking somebody for? Shell Petroleum that has committed so many crimes against Nigerian humanity, Shell Petroleum that has many charges and allegations of corruption in cahoots with various Nigerians governments and officials over the years leveled against it, Shell Petroleum that does not respect Nigerian courts, summons and judgements,

Shell Petroleum that for decades has continued gas flaring, massive and unparalled environmental pollution, unlike anywhere else in the world by any other company, Shell Petroleum has committed in the Nigerian Niger Delta and has not even begun on any cleanup yet entire peoples have been deprived of their means of livelihood, of clean water, they and their children live with and breathe in toxic fumes every minute of every day, all natural life is dead, their waters/rivers where they plied their livelihood as fishermen (which sounds like tales by moonlight to those who were born to meet the current situation) are chemicals and heavy oily, polluted, toxic sludge; all these acts and practices and CRIMES which are not permissible elsewhere in the civilised world and which Shell Petroleum or any other oil company would never dare and when, due to some equipment or other failure, such terrible spills and environmental degradation occur, they are quick to act fast to clean up, be seen to be involved and proactive in the rehabilitation of the communities and peoples, and to pay the very heavy fines awarded against them.

The judge may be corrupt but Shell Petroleum in Nigeria, certainly, also has cases to answer.

Do you know how many fines Shell Nigeria has been made to pay by international organizations for all their destructive activities?

So are you saying because Shell has cases to answer, the corrupt judge should be left undisciplined? This is how people implicitly support corruption. Let us focus on the topic at hand abeg rather than being sentimental. You’ve got fair points but unfortunately can’t see the wood for the trees.

Not to mention all those village and community elders Shell has paid money to several times over and over. You better go and hold your leaders accountable as well. Let EVERYONE come to equity with clean hands. End of story.

Good innovation, I am happy the NJC is waking up to its task. There are still more corrupt and lazy judges to leave the bench. We have written several petitions against Rita Ofili Ajumogobia. that woman must go. she insults lawyers in her Court. You cannot get justice before her. You cannot present your case she will not allow you to talk. God will punish you, you will never succeed , is it because you have breast and yansh I also have?????? How will a judge be talking like a market woman. She will leave lawyers in the court room and rise to her chambers to relax for over 3 hours. The same thing she did in Ibadan and Abeokuta and lawyers boycotted her Court. Now she is in lagos. PMB please retire RITA OFILI AJUMOGOBIA.
