there are only few names in Africa that make a movie a must watch for me.. once i heAR the following names Shirley Frimpong Manso, Yvonne Okoro, Blesssing Ebge, OC Ukeje, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Homla Danadala, and some veterans in the Biz. these guys somehow manage to get it right with movies, series, especially Shirley Frimpong and Blessing Egbe. they are some of the foremost story tellers. and the combination of Yvonne Okoro and Shirley frimpong like in the Contract will surely be amazing s this is a must watch. P.S.–No shade but one name that keeps me home and im like “id wait fr cd release” is Denzziot Productions. choi they have broken my heart too many times and robbed me of good 1,000 naira. that Weekend Get away was just the height. no beginning no end just middle..the only thing that saved that movie was the quality of Actors he packed in there, maybe they will get it right after a while but right now mbanu.

@Tosin, ahh you nailed it. You forgot to add ‘Royal Academy ‘ and Rukky Sanda films. They all focus on one thing ‘show off’ rather than a good story line. Guys it’s not about the luxury apartments and A’list actors and designer clothes. People are watching and some of us see just like Tosin pointed out. Biko, where did the idea of prince and princess film come from? Who started this shameless trend on 152? And to think those producers have produced some of these funny kingdom film full of prince and princesses in 21st century is appalling not to talk of a recent one in 2015, starring some people you wouldn’t expect to see on those set. Chaii, I bow for Naija.
