The offices are also in a prime location in Lagos’ commercial hub, Victoria Island, providing the convenience of great accessibility for both businesses and their clientele. In recent times more organizations have started to switch over to full serviced office because of the flexibility they provide, with short-term base agreements, access to high-quality equipment, trained staff and necessary maintenance which come as a standard.

Speaking on the launch of Legacy Place, Proprietor of Legacy Serviced Offices, Kayode Adegbola said Legacy Place was built to provide deluxe office space in line with international quality safety and security standards. Our space is set-up with frosted frameless glass partitioning, premium lighting features, modern furniture, contemporary Nigerian art, and exquisite potted plants. The facility is also equipped with smoke detectors, fire alarms, and a dedicated fire exit and muster point, and other safety and security precautions. He further noted that in terms of prices, Legacy Place is very competitive for the level of quality provided.

Congrats to the Adegbolas! Kayode is about 26 or 27, just looks big. May God help us get successful at a young age. Roy, Tolu and Oyinda Oshinbolu you are spotted.

I heard he’s 25. From his tweets about politics, I would have thought he was 30+. What an accomplished young man! I wish him well. Wow!

Inspiring young people (especially the boys). Though they didn’t really started from the bottom but they are now here. They are ‘Omobolanles’ (born into wealth) but smart and hardworking. That’s the kinda story I want for my kids – ‘Bolanle’ but work hard to create more with/without my connections and dont spoil the name ayam working smart to build.

    Congrats Kayode!
