Here lies the bane of our problems in Nigeria. We are just to short sighted. Politicians and citizens included.

Someone will loot millions of Naira. and then dash you grinding machine and automatically becomes a god.

What poverty mentality has done to Nigerians ehn……………….

What is he supposed to do? Dash them millions of naira? I see this as an empowerment program. With a grinding machine, the woman can start a business of grinding pepper and other food stuff. In a busy market, she will make good change from that. Yes, this is very small compared to adequate infrastructure and all that is really essential for proper growth and development. But I’d rather he distribute grinding machines, sewing machines, all kinds of machines than hand out rice and corn that will be eaten in a week tops!

When you have a governor whose mentality about governance is so short sighted and poverty driven, this is what you get.

To be fair, man is delivering what he promised. If the majority of the electorate want blenders and chickens for Christmas, such is democracy. Fayose is fulfilling his mandate from the people no??

Is it me or does he lack security?? Man of the people indeed.

S/N: I may be wrong, but I believer grinding machines are used to burnish metal surfaces, not blend vegetables.

How many grinding machines did he give, just one? how many people is that going to benefit. Can’t these gifts be done in a structured manner, giving 1 grinding machine and taking a ride on Okada, this is governance Ekiti style. SMH

All this fanfare for one grinding machine?
No wonder these people want the masses in perpetual poverty…
